I have updated my review.
I paid this company to replace my cracked screen, the next day my screen was in 3D mode half the time. I reported it to the company which they approved for it to be fixed at no charge. They stated they would contact me when the part arrived. Fast forward to a month later, no response. I emailed this company over and over again asking what was going on. They gave me the run around which ended up in me reporting the company to the BBB. I then decided to reach out to then again and they responded that the claim was approved AGAIN. They made an appointment for that week came out and fixed my phone. The tech told me that the my phone was doing that because of a faulty part. took 3 months to get my phone fixed, however its done now.

Apple was going to have me wait 2 hours and charge me $125+ to fix my iPhone screen. Juan fixed my phone screen in 20 minutes and charged me $79. Im a happy customer! Thanks Puls :)

Outsourcing company that obviously has an outdated (or otherwise poor) system. Communication between them and techs is HORRIBLE!
Listening and documenting skills on call center side leave A LOT to be desired.
They are certainly nice, dont get me wrong, but I felt like I was dealing with a well behaved kindergartener.

Had appointment scheduled from 10 -12 today. Technician texts right at 12 to tell me he was running late. Could of easily told me earlier. Need to manage there scheduling alot better. And to just send me a text asking me to reschedule is terrible.
