Our AirBnb in AZ has brought us many opportunities. But, being an out-of-state AirBnB owner has also come with many challenges. Fortunately, we have 360 Precision Building Services who can help us maintain our units year round with little hassle. From changing light fixtures to basic maintenance/ handyman tasks, they have single handedly completed any task we have put in front of them. No angry guests, just happy owners. They have even been able to help us out last minute for emergency repair and cleanings, and you cannot beat that!
