Twain did an incredible job remodeling my entire home from top to bottom with strong attention to detail! He literally transformed my home from a major fixer upper into a designer home with tons of custom wood and stone work throughout. Twain understands how to maximize the bones of any home to make it as best as possible. He knows how to take care of the important structural, pluming and electric issues along with all the cosmetic work. He will also go above and beyond what is asked and won't ignore or overlook issues that need to be addressed. He is not just a contractor but also an artist with the ability to work on so many different types of indoor and outdoor remodeling projects. He also continues to be our handyman and stands by his work. Twain's remodel significantly increased the value of my home and I recommend him highly!

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

got my back yard remodeled and some new Mexican tiles layers on my roof. The job got done quickly and as well the lowest estimates compared to most places out there! Thanks fam! :)

Steve is awesome! He completed extensive work on our townhouse before we sold it and helped us get a much higher sale price. No project was too small or too big for Steve. Very reliable and very skilled. He also provided us with great solutions and suggestions on how to handle various repairs and upgrades. I highly recommend Arid Valley Services.

Not very good

The electrician was a true professional and I would highly recommend him. He clearly explained to me what could and could not be done with my home, and readily provided cost-saving alternatives to some issues I wanted fixing. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Fair pricing, great service. I will definitely be hiring him again soon!

We used Art numerous times at our home. He installed a chandelier, a dog door, multiple trim projects and we are super happy with his work and professionalism. We will use him again in the near future!

In today’s society where communication is very important I can honestly say he stayed in touch with me from the beginning of the process and well after he was finish with the work at my place. His skills are unmatched and I would recommend him to anyone and I will definitely be using him for repairs in the future!!!

Did a great job at a fair price

Will is a very hardworking handyman. He has done many projects for us in the 6 month since moving into our new home. Nothing is too much trouble for Will and he works quickly and efficiently and gets the job done right. He has hung large art work for us in areas to tall for us, replaced light fixtures, replaced old caulk, installed electrical outlets, figured out all our outdoor lighting and regraded our entire side yard and installed a water drainage system, got the old propane grill working for us again, installed drywall, repaired the washer and has painted inside and out. He has hung three TV's for us and figured out the best way to hang the outside one. He even rushed over to our house to help us get in when one of our ,kids locked us out! He has lots of great ideas and really works diligently to get the job done and done well. You can be sure that it is fixed or installed correctly. We are very happy to have found such a great handyman and I can highly recommend him.

We have hired Melvin twice, once to install a ceiling fan and again to install a motorized shade for the kitchen window. Both times it was very easy to schedule appointments through texting, he was on time to both times and sent a text in advance os his arrival. His work is thorough and he does not make a mess! He carried all trash and recyclables out of the house...This is very important to me after a few messy installs...Will hire Melvin again!

Jim arrives ready and able to fix all your electrical needs. He recently hung a chandelier where there was no electrical there. And last year he hung another one, also fixed two outlet issues and hung new outdoor garage lights where we had none.
