Caliber Electrician & Handyman has exceeded my expectations in every way. In a two-story living space, we needed a huge fan installed. They were extremely professional and efficient. Not only that, but Jeff went out of his way to make sure we understood the switch placement, remote, and other details, even blanking out a couple of our switches for us to avoid any misunderstanding. The following day his colleague Joseph contacted me even earlier than expected, came and checked out the problem, went and purchased supplies and promptly fixed the problem. I contacted this company because of their excellent online reviews and customer feedback! I've now spoken with three different people from them, all of whom have been courteous and professional. Todd was the technician who came to my house and spent a LOT of time with me giving me an estimate and discussing various options. I felt like I'd learned a lot by the time he left, and I now know I have more options and knowledge in my arsenal for my future plans with the house. They all went above and beyond (especially Todd) to ensure that I had all of the necessary information before making any major decisions about my home's electrical and mechanical systems. All the work needed were done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend these guys to everyone!!
