Buyer beware! KeyMe is outsourcing calls to terrible 3rd party locksmith companies. I called KeyMe and unbeknownst to me, Keyme outsourced me to a 3rd party service. After the service was complete, the locksmith charged me $220 for 5 minutes of work to drill out my door handle. They did not have another door handle to replace the drilled handle and he did not clean up the mess. He did not send me an invoice as promised. For that price, I should of driven to home Depot and bought the best cordless drill and done it myself. I feel completely taken advantage of. It's a shame there are companies out there like this. Next time I will ask more questions up front.

Was hiking and locked myself out of my car, did a quick Google search and was not disappointed with Mr. Lockout! Called them and Carol arrived promptly and helped me out for a flat rate of $50! I purchased a copy of my door key at the home depot and it didn't work. I took the keys back and the got it wrong again. I tried this machine out at Walmart and it made my key right the first time. Very happy customer.
