Bill and his crew were very professional and straight forward. Cost was clearly laid out before work started and the job was done in a day (1/2 acre of crass!). I would highly recommend them!

Said their guy was on a call but would come here next. They called back 45 minutes later and were here about an hour after our initial call. so far, so good!

I have been a service manager for 12 years here in the valley and I have operated with many floor vendors. The immediate call back and respond time from my reps at Carpetturn is what sets the bar high. Time and time again Booke, Erika, Dante or Kristina responded immediately and got me scheduled and provided excellent service. From carpet installs or repairs to hardwood and vinyl flooring, these guys know their stuff. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I contracted this service through Home Depot. This is the second time I took a day off work only to spend the day waiting for their arrival. My counter top measure was scheduled from 12-3. After making multiple calls the contractor showed at 430. Today is 3/29 and I had an appointment from 12-3. Again I called to confirm the appoint in the morning. At 230pm I was contacted and advised of a delay until 430 or 500pm and that I was incorrect about my appointment time. It is 515, I received no further contact and no one is available by phone. I contacted Home Depot to follow up. If your time is important to you, do not contract with this company.

Lack of professionalism from the “security guard” at the Frys on 24th st and Camelback. Harassing my wife for parking in a public overflow underground parking garage about this “new rule” but didn’t address anyone else of this “new rule” that it’s only for employees only. How come no one else that parked down there was approached?

This was the best experience!! Ralph and his team were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! We have the most beautiful pond! My turtle has the equivalent of a mansion and we have the most beautiful, eye catching addition to our backyard! I have already recommended Pondscapes to my friends and will be contacting Pondscapes to come back for a fountain as we continue to add to our yard! Absolutely best experience!
