Best General Contractors in Arizona

I myself didn't use Freddy's services, but my parents Al and Jenny, who are not on social media as much, wanted to post their review and thanks for the friendly, reliable and prompt service they've received to their home in Coyote Lakes. I called Mariano & Co in Sept 2021 and the soonest appt to have a contractor out was Dec 3 2021. It's now March and I've yet to receive a qoute after multiple calls and emails. I understand that it's been very busy but I've been very disappointed in the lack of any follow through.

March 2018 referred by online contractor listing thru USAA. Russ Hermann personally came out and did all the measurements and provided us a quote to build a covered patio on our house. At that time they had good reliable people and they did a great job, all done very professionally and Russ did a final walkthru and touchup. we were very satisfied. The house looked great after the job was done.
2021- Apparently the company has changed and added a partner Mario Rios who is not reliable, does not follow-up on the job and cannot be contacted during or after the job is done. The work that was discussed was not done but prompt payment was expected anyway. I paid them off to get the lien off the house and had to finish the job myself. Mario uses his family to do the work and does not provide guidance to them on what is to be done except by phone. Looks like Russ Hermann is not running the company anymore and the lack of quality on the job and after really shows. I cannot recommend this company anymore.
