They did a stellar job! Great quality of workmanship and customer service. Detailed laser cutting for marble laminate countertops and backsplash is hard to come by. They succeeded in delivering the result we had hoped for.

Had a little bit of a hard start , but they corrected the problems the results are very good. we are very pleased with our new counter top. The first installer Roy came out and found a mistake ,they would have to make a new top. Roy installed the top so we had a counter to use till new one was made. Roy use very professional , friendly and explained what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. The new top arrived a few days before Christmas ,I asked if we could get it installed before Christmas, Dan the manager said he would try if possible. It would be installed two days before they closed the shop for there holidays. Rick was sent out to install it. Rick was another well qualified technician. He checker the measurements and it was a go. He made all necessary cuts and installed the new top. He even helped me set the sink in place { that was not part of the deal } it is a heavy sink. Our new counter top looks great, my wife and me are very pleased with the job and the installers.

i have been dealing w this co through home depot since beginning of dec. what was proposed to be a simple way to get laundry counters replaced as turned out to be a nightmare. took weeks for someone to arrange to come out to take measurements then when they finally came out for install weeks later, one counter didn't fit. some damage to other wall.
weeks later am still waiting. have had to postpone my painters twice and am awaiting the installers which are a no show today.

This has been a complete nightmare. We are still waiting for someone to come out and fix the counters. We ordered these in November and they were finally installed in January. Too bad they were cut incorrectly and half of the countertop supports don't even touch the cabinet. They also cut the sink piece incorrectly and it didn't have an edge on it. The installer did a great job adding the edge but unfortunatly it left a gapping hole that I can stick my hand under the counter into the cabinet. 4 days taken off of work to have a counter installed and they showed up 2 of the 5 days they said they would be here. The glue that was used for the seams is turning yellow on the white counter top. Now if Don the Ceo would actually come and look at it like we had scheduled over a week ago that would be great. Oh and yes that was one of the days taken off that nobody bothered to call much less show up at the house as scheduled.

Went through home depot to get cabinets and countertops. Counterop installers were great. This company is something else. I get it with the delays of covid and supply chain but the customer service and delays have been nothing I have ever experienced. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible. I have left voicemail after voicemail and have talked to individuals who have told me different stories, etc. This has gone on for over a month. I get a complete run around from the employees not only in Nevada but here in Arizona on where my countertops are and have had story after story. Stay away from this company. And I am still waiting for the countertops to be installed currently as I am writing this. Overall 2 thumbs down and can't believe a company like this is still in business.

Order through Lowes And Had nothing but trouble with this company. This is the worst company that I have even seen.Right not I have a Counter top sitting in the garage and don'T know when or if it will be installed. Try to call them they don't answer phone and if they do you are put on hold and then send to voice message and if you leave a message they dont call back. I have been triying to get these counter install for a week. Been trying get these counter in my house for over 2 1/2 months

Ordered through Home Depot and this company told me they would be here to deliver between 8 and 10. 10 rolls around and they are nowhere to be found. I call and I'm told that the driver had a hard time loading everything and they were finishing and that I was the first stop. 45 min later I call again to find out what's going on and I'm told the driver had already left. 1130 comes and I call again multiple times only to get a sorry we are closed voicemail box. I call Home Depot to complain and they call the company and get through (they must have been screening calls). I got a text from the company saying their driver would be here by 12. It's 12 now with no sign of them. I have workers standing around waiting all morning doing nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

I contracted this service through Home Depot. This is the second time I took a day off work only to spend the day waiting for their arrival. My counter top measure was scheduled from 12-3. After making multiple calls the contractor showed at 430. Today is 3/29 and I had an appointment from 12-3. Again I called to confirm the appoint in the morning. At 230pm I was contacted and advised of a delay until 430 or 500pm and that I was incorrect about my appointment time. It is 515, I received no further contact and no one is available by phone. I contacted Home Depot to follow up. If your time is important to you, do not contract with this company.

I am a weekend warrior. This is my second time purchasing from here. Each time I did research, got quotes, and lead times and this place wins in every category. I usually don't write reviews, but am grateful because they did a favor and cut my material early allowing me to be productive this weekend, saving me project time and money. I showed up at closing time Friday afternoon and a whole crew was there ready to help me load-Thanks guys! Very impressive customer service. Don't expect a flashy showroom. I think they specialize in laminate.

Good place and services, people just need to understand any company will be having delays dew to this covid 19 issue.
