Always professional and knowledgeable. Gene has helped us out multiple times and I will always ask for him. He knows the systems very well and has saved us a lot of money on our gas bill without having to upgrade. He will not steer you in the wrong direction.

We have had Anchorage Plumbing and Heating out to our house on multiple occasions to help with various issues and projects. I think we've had at least half of the staff at our home at some point. No matter who has come to our house, they have always been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of the time spent on the job. Each technician has taken pride in their work. We have tried other plumbing contractors in town, and they don't hold a candle to AP&H. We rest easy knowing that AP&H has done the job. We highly recommended AP&H to anyone. Great work!

Home Warranty of America (HWA) contracts with Hogins Plumbing & Heating. Having had a [different] home warranty in Tennessee, I had absolutely zero expectations. However, Mr. Hogins far exceeded what I had expected. Despite having worked the entire day, he still made time to come repair 2 toilets, 3 drains and 1 shower at 9:45pm at night. He found a cracked toilet with a very slow leak. He replaced a valve, 2 gaskets and the fill mechanism for another toilet that had been both constantly running and leaking. He cleaned all the bathroom drains. He arranged to order a new American Standard Champion 1.6GPF with 2-3/8~2.375 fully-glazed trapway with 4 non-adjustable, piston action Accelerator 1-piece toilet that I had significantly researched and that I had a positive experience using (e.g., no clogging whatsoever) at a former residence. It is super nice that I could choose my toilet! Mr. Hogins is polite, courteous, honest, diligent. His twenty-year-old trainee daughter accompanied him. I am astonished that he stayed so late, until the job was complete. That all contractors were as ethical, kind and professional as Mr. Hogins!

Hands down the best customer service!!! I called Isaac regarding a toilet clogged and I think I may have broken my pipe trying to unclog my toilet and he was very helpful with more information on what he thought the problem could be just by simply listing to me. They showed up to my house within hours of my phone call and unclogged my toilet. Isaac and his son gave me helpful tips to help me in the future. I would recommend Arctic Sewer and Drain to anyone in need! Thank you both for everything!

They came and fixed the problem

They installed an entire bathroom for us in what was previously a storage space. They installed all fixtures/fans and re-routed the plumbing to accommodate the new space. They even added spot shut off valves for our convenience that was above the original scope of work. We plan to utilize them on future projects. Got it done quickly and within stated timeline.

Very responsive, reliable and easy to work with. Did Brian, Jeff and Loogpa have been great; they did work through home owner warranty company and it was seemless after some issues with a different plumbing company. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.

Rob and his assistance worked super hard to get our kitchen sink in plunged had a bathroom sink that was installed improperly by Trail Boss. They repaired the sink works perfectly like it should. We had remodel the bathroom down stairs was able to complete everything but hooking up the drain under the sink. Everything was fixed or repaired in a timely manner. These guys are just what their name says PROFESSIONALS. I would no hesitate to call on them again for any Pluming or heating needs. Rob and his assistant ROCK. Jimmy and the boys work together very well, they were able to not only remove the old boiler and install the new one in less than 8 hours! The quality of work was great, very knowledgeable of craft! Fantastic job would recommend them always!
