Called Libby at 11:15 this morning and talked to the lady answering the phone, the guys called back at 11:45 letting me know they were on the way. They hooked up to the key box and the pipe in the garage and were driving away roughly 50 minutes later. It is important to know where your key box is because without it they cannot get the pipe thawed out. Great guys, great service, Veteran owned and HIGHLY recommended!!!

They were on time, very professional, sent a message to let me know they were on the way. Called Friday with an issue we're here Monday morning to fix it Would recommend.

Chris and Adrian got down in the cold dirty snow/water/ice when it was -5 outside and he didn't think anything of it. These guys really saved our building some damage with how quickly they got there and jumped at the problem. Definitely keeping them on my list of service...persons? I dunno, but thank you!

Bought a new home with outdated EVERYTHING. Fox Plumbing helped us install new plumbing for our kitchen sink and dish washer. This included pipes, drain and vent in the wall and our garbage disposal under the sink.

Fox Plumbing also cut and relocated a portion of our baseboard radiator heating pipe.

We're moving onto a total bathroom renovation next and looking forward to having Fox in here knocking that out.

Ashley arrived on time and was able to fix my copper pipe that had broken within an hour. Very happy with how quick they could get out and the price.

They were friendly and fast-changing our water heater tank.

Theo came to my place to repair a broken toilet drain. After evaluating the problem at 8 p m I suggested doing the job the next day at 8 am. Theo agreed and promised to be back at my place to fix my toilet so we could use it the next day
Theo never showed up on 7/30/19 at 8 am l called, texted no response. The telephone on your stupid website is disconneted. I shall file a small claims action against this terrible company. If you are an honest person l would not call Courtesy Flush. My experience with them was awfull and they are not reliable . Hope they go out of business and Theo dies. Ernest Thomas

While they were timely and were able to come out next day, the service we received was mediocre at best. We called because our plumbing had extremely low flow, and their first fix was to replace the two most expensive things that could possibly be the issue. When questioned about it afterwards their response was “well it’s better than it was before” when our kitchen sink is still barely above a trickle. Not to mention our house was left a disaster - they unscrewed our accordion door and left it unscrewed when they left, sprayed water everywhere (and on me) in the bathroom, and left wood splinters all over the floor where they were working to name a few. Aside from the poor work ethic, they were swearing up a storm, slamming doors, and Larry was apparently so distracted that he couldn’t remember which way was hot/cold or which direction a shower head was installed. All of this and we got a bill for over $1500. When we called to talk about this, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant - without asking any details, she immediately told us that what we were charged was fair and there was nothing to be discussed. I work in the service industry and understand that time spent on-site is time spent and sometimes the part you think is the issue turns out not to be, but to leave it at “it’s better than it was before” is shameful. Hopefully it was just a bad day and other people don’t have this experience.

They showed up to inspect my tankless water heater, but they had no clue what the issue could've been, they showed up without any tools and spend 10 minutes just looking at it, at the end they charged me $40 dollars and agreed to come back the next following day at 2:00pm, I waited for them, called twice after I noticed a 1 hour delay and then again after 3 hours, nobody called back nor they showed up you cant even leave a message on their line.

I have worked with many plumbing contractors and DH Plumbing is the best I have been around. They are very dependable and they deliver quality craftsmanship. DH are trust worthy and have the most experience I have seen in a contractor.
