From the initial phone call to make an appointment for the inspection to the termite treatment itself, my experience with Bill's has been nothing but positive. We were apprehensive upon first learning we had termites, but Jonathan helped ease our concerns with a thorough inspection and subsequent explanation of how our termite problem could be resolved. We were also pleased and relieved when he gave us the quote for the job as we were expecting a much higher price. The tech was on time for the treatment and finished well within the time frame we were anticipating. I would recommend Bill's Pest and Termite Control to anyone who is looking for an honest and reputable company to handle their pest control problem.

I originally scheduled for an 8 am appointment and they pushed me from 8 to 10 to 10 to 12 without asking if I was available. The service guy was very nice but I had to rearrange my whole schedule to accommodate them. I was then told on the phone I should have called to verify.**Jon reached out to apologize and make it right. Very happy that he took the time to try and rectify the situation.**

We originally just called Alex out for spiders, but little did we know we had a rattlesnake on the property and Alex bravely picked it up and took care of it. He had every right to charge us for that service but he said he was already here and didn’t see the point in charging us for that!! That just shows what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. The second time Alex came out it was mosquito season. We had a BIG mosquito issue! He explained to us how the pesticide worked and the following outcomes of what to expect! There have been no issues since then! We are so relieved!! Thank you so much Alex and Copper State staff!!

I took a trip to las vegas and came back with unwanted guests. I was freaking out Sydney an inspector came out and she was amazing explained everything to me. Carlos came out and did the heatingtreatment he was so professional and explained everything in detail. i highly recommend them for their services! They are a little pricy but worth thee piece of mind in my home

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Austin at AZ Heat Pest Services. I take care of my handicapped father from out of state, and this July, we got the devastating news that bed-bugs had over-run his condo. Because of his special needs, a situation like this could have caused a ton of stress. But, because of the exceptional customer service, mine and my dad's stress was minimal. Working with Austin from start to finish meant that we had friendly, clear communication, and that my odd requests such as helping with his laundry, and wiping down his wheel chair were met with genuine concern and thorough care. Austin helped my dad understand the process and was sensitive to his cognitive and physical limitations. From the moment I called them they were professional, on time (within 24 hours..awesomeness), they worked quickly, effectively and I mean within a day all the ants inside and now outside are gone. They offered a year service, where they come back every few months to spray and make sure things are still gone. I like that.Finally, they gave me a really sweet discount, right off the bat! Look no further! This team of folks will take care of so don't even look any further, honestly. Every time I reach out to them I get an immediate response from them. I have them do pest control and had them do a very impressive bird control job, mainly pigeons destroying property. They did such an amazing job at blending my home's facade and walkway with barricades so that pigeons cannot not land or nest. It's been a lifesaver.
