Best Rodent Extermination in Phoenix AZ

We had an outbreak of ticks in our yard. I tried to DIY and was not making much progress. After researching options, I called Bills Pest & Termite Co. I spoke with Karen who was very friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and get me scheduled. Summer came out to treat my home. She was very professional, friendly, and seemed to care about helping me. There were no pushy sales, just a lets get this done for you. Whenever I called to ask questions or confirm appointments, I received quick responses and call backs. Costs are very reasonable. After 2 visits, I have seen a 95% reduction in ticks. Would highly recommend.

Alex the owner is awesome, I’m sure like everyone we wanted no bugs , scorpions, or any creepy crawlers in our house, with that said we purchased a new home, and when we got there after the people had moved out, we found roaches, ticks, scorpions, and some other stuff that I don’t even want to mention, and we were freaked out.
Our realtor heard about Alex and recommended him to us , Thank you Alex thanks for your patience. Thank you for taking care of us. I don’t know what more to say but we picked the right pest control guy. Btw no subscription, great prices and a nice guy with so much knowledge of the area and its intruders. In 2017 we used Burns to treat our home for bed bugs. Somehow while they were treating the house they knocked our TV off the dresser and cracked the screen. We noticed about a week later when we moved back in (stayed elsewhere until we felt comfortable the bugs were gone). The manager basically acted like I was lying trying to get money out of them and refused to acknowledge his guys would do that and not tell him. Completely naive. After going back and forth and driving to their office they finally agreed to pay me a very small amount. (I think like 100 bucks). It was a 32 inch flat screen smart TV which at the time you couldn't find one for less than 2 or 3 hundred. When I pay $2500 for a treatment i told expect better care and also customer service. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the treatment worked and we haven't had any problems since.

No problems with ants or scorpions, so we are satisfied

Excellent affordable service! He responded to my home and treated everywhere. He even educated me on everything he was doing along the way. There have been significantly less pests on my property since the treatment and I have noticed many dead bugs on the perimeter. Will use him again in the future.

So after some research, I selected this company.The first person was Bryce, he explained in detail all the services and costs and never pressured me into any decision. I selected the annual pre-paid bi-monthly service for preventative maintenance, along with the one time mosquito treatment. We booked for the first technician visit the next business day.Enrique notified me of his pending arrival and showed up on time as agreed upon. He completed his work in a professional manner and took caution to avoid overspray.He was extremely communicative and detailed on what he was doing in terms of spray and other treatments.Glad to be a customer and very happy with the services.Highly recommended!

Arizona Organic Pest and Termite has provided us with years(too many to count at 4 homes) of excellent service. Dan has serviced the most recent one for about 6 years now. He is always communicative, timely, pleasant and thorough and always tends to any specific needs before leaving.
I know he has diligently worked through some painful medical issues. It's great to see him back and feeling so much better.

Lenny called back promptly to explain their process and to set up a time to give us an estimate. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
