THE BEST in every way! Absolutely satisfied and would highly recommend this company. Loretta and Karen are the greatest, so caring and very detailed with their inspections and treatments! They are always on time and great communication with follow up phone calls when I was so stressed about the tick infestation in my house. They take the time to let you know what you need to do to alleviate problem areas and they treat you like family, not just quickly spraying and leaving like other companies I have encountered. This company is very trustworthy and honest and words cannot express how truly grateful and satisfied I am for finding them. So be sure to call them and look no further because this company is the TOP OF THE LIST! Also very reasonable pricing! Scheduling is never a problem and you can always reach them on the phone. I live on a golf course and in the fall they over seed. To get the ryegrass to grow they water almost constantly and I end up with huge water bugs. Blue sky came out in the middle of my Service to spray again. They got them all and I am very happy.

In early June we moved from thinking to knowing we had a mouse in the house. My wife is not squeamish or skittish about things but she was NOT happy about the mouse. I tried for several weeks using big box home store stuff to get rid of the intruder. We had ALL kinds of traps set out. Nothing worked. One time a trap was set off but nothing in it (we knew it wasn't a false alarm as we heard something scurrying off). Last week I called Urban Desert to have the problem resolved lest my marriage of 33 years fall into trouble for my lack of ability to hunt the big game :)I explained to Lexie (she was very patient while I explained the adventure). She got Jose scheduled the next day and we were on our way. Jose showed up 10 minutes early and even gave me a heads up he was 10-15 minutes out (nice customer service touch). When he arrived we explained the two problems (we also had a lot of crickets). As a younger guy he hasn't been doing this his whole life BUT he knew what he was doing. Great at customer service and listening but that doesn't mean much if he can't catch the dang mouse. He also told us due to the particular issue this could be a very difficult case to resolve.He also told us by our description it wasn't a mouse but rather a rat. So now my wife is REALLY freaked out and I am getting the total evil eye from her :)Traps were set are Thursday. He indicated he'd return on Saturday to set a few more. We were prepared for dealing with this for another month or so until we could snag the critter. As fate would have it I had to leave on a personal trip out of town the day after the first traps were set. On Sunday morning my wife sent me a photo a one of traps that had been triggered. I won't upload the photo here for all you sensitive types. We're leaving the traps up for a few more weeks just in case but we are pretty sure the problem is solved.So within 72 hours our cricket problem is gone (there were A LOT of the) and more importantly our RAT problem is gone.Thanks Lexie and Jose (and owners) for helping us out and saving my marriage ;)

NO SHOW, NO CALL.The tech did not bother to call or show during our scheduled multi-hour time frame. When I called in to inquire, no one seemed to know what happened. Service is scheduled through an out-of-state call center. I did get a call back later from the local person wanting to re-schedule. No apology, no offer to make it right, simply oh yeah, that happens when the call center makes our schedule, I saw we were booked up when I came in this morning.This would have been helpful information before I waited around half the day. And this was after spending quite a bit of time on the phone giving my information and listening to services options.I'm not sure how they got 4.6 stars, this must have been before my time.

Great service! Can't say thank you enough. This company came in and got the job done 100% on the first treatment. Sean was super friendly and knowledgeable and walked us through all the steps. I would highly recommend them! If you need to get rid of bed bugs without trying treatment after treatment then I would call them ASAP and get the whole house heat treatment. I am so glad we did and it was worth every penny!

It’s monsoon season and due to recent rain I have seen more pest activity between my quarterly treatments. Once I let the office know they quickly set me up another treatment at no cost. Kevin H. I’be had them out twice now (they come every two months) my back yard was infested with ants. I couldn’t even keep up the yard without being covered in bites. Now they are gone and no other bugs in sight. Prompt courteous very responsive and great prices. Highly recommend them!!
