Best General Pest Inspection in Phoenix AZ

I have been using Bills Pest Control for months now and I am highly satisfied with their service. They do such a thorough job inside and out every time they come. My tech always takes the time to ask about any concerns I may have, they even wear booties over their shoes when they come inside to spray. Everyone is so nice and friendly to work with. Would highly recommend them!!

Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. As a tenant of the apartment complex I am at, I called the company to try getting an idea of when they would be here for the scheduled treatment. Of course, I would like to know when they are going to be here, because we are supposed to leave the apartment for when they do treatment. However, when I called they said as part of their contract with the apartment building they could not give me that information. Excuse me? I then told the lady on the phone that it didn't make any sense, and she was VERY rude. This makes no sense considering I have to pay for the treatment, and my apartment does not. I am calling management, and doing something about this.

He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.
