Sean Anderson and the crew at MountainScapers did a fantastic job transforming our drab, rock-filled front courtyard into a charming little botanical garden filled with a variety of palm trees, cacti custom-made planters and flowers. We had a vague idea of what we wanted, and Sean quickly came up with a concept that clarified the possibilities on both scale and content. His highly professional crew kept the project on time, making little adjustments along the way to accommodate our occasional whims. Had called Outside living to get a quote for a complete backyard remodel. They came out but failed to deliver an estimate later. Poor communications and lack of ownership even with several follow up emails, texts and calls.

My new backyard looks amazing. They also finished my sideyards and widened my driveway. The work was extremely professional every step of the way. The work crew is very experienced. And John Foley the main man is very pleasant to work with. I consider my yard project as being very average in size, and some landscape companies turned me down telling me they had larger projects to get to. Big Nick’s also had larger projects than mine on their books but they were very interested in my business from the beginning to end. John knew what would make my yard look great, but he also listened to my visions. Changes as we went were not a problem. As a result of all these things our finished product looks awesome, almost outdoor museum like, yet it also feels like our creation. It turned out even more beautiful than we had imagined.

These guys are great. Luis showed up to give a quote in person for our demo job. They were able to start the next day - a Saturday, and would have worked Sunday too if I hadn't insisted they take a day off. They got the job done quick and they were extremely considerate of saving us money. Best of all, the communication was impeccable. As I was away at work I got regular updates from Luis about the progress. Whenever something came up, Luis was on top of it, providing details and helping out. This is a great company!

A little weird that Ivan, the owner, is the only Google review on here...but anyway...

Ivan and his crew (Justin and Jose) did a great job installing landscaping, lighting, and a new pool deck and coping in our backyard! They were respectful of our space and time. Jose's attention to detail was amazing! I wish Justin could have had as much care, but he was quick to come out and fix any problems that came up. It would have been better if they had spotted them instead of waiting for us to find them.

I was searching for a company to perform some much needed work in my backyard. In my search it was essential that I get an affordable solution without a lack in quality. Botanist of the Valley certainly answered the call. Marty was great in going over the options and sharing what he could do for us. I actually had other companies scheduled to come out and perform another quote. However after the consultation with Marty I was confident I need not look any further.
