The first time they came to clean they did ok. I decided to give them another chance. The second chance was a disaster. When I pointed to dust they didn’t even touch and sofas they didn’t vacuum, they said this is too much we map floor and leave. I was shocked. If you want to donate money, you can find a better place

I was in need of a hoarding cleanup company for a rental condo in Phoenix but I live out of the area. I did a Google search and looked at a couple of companies than I ran across Truma Cleanup Solutions.

I read about their services and one of the services was that rhey, during their cleanup they would look for valuables and personal documents which is something I needed. Plus I also read the reviews which were all excellent so I contacted Truma Cleanup.

Patrick immediately responded and within a day or 2 had the key from my realtor and was in there cleaning up. He did it quickly and discreetly. He also located some very important documents for the tenant's family and worked with the family to get them the documents.

Patrick kept me posted on the progress of the cleanup and also points of contacts at the ready for other services that was needed after the cleanup. He made it was easy and uncomplicated.

I have nothing but praise for how worked with me and the service he provided.

I hired saniguys to clean my house of almost 3000 sqft. These guys are freaking awesome.. I had to run a couple errands so I left them by themselves. When I came back I was amazed. They had steamers and everything going on. I felt like I was the dirty one once I walked in. And the great thing about it is that they use organic chemicals. So there was no hard smells.that was a plus since I have kids. they went above and beyond. Customer service was great and very friendly! Very professional.. I would highly recommend. Super affordable compared to other companies I had called.

A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). We moved into a preowned home and noticed right away that there were
many pigeons on the roof. When it rained the roof eves would rain down
water and pigeon droppings all over our patio. What a mess. In addition the pigeons would leave droppings on the patio that required hosing off every two days. We did not know what to do. So we asked our neighbors and one of them recommended The Pigeon Specialist. They came out and I could not believe how effective they were. We rarely see a pigeon on our roof and at the same time we see multitudes of pigeons on our neighbors roofs. Having The Pigeon Specialist put up wire, mesh, and little wax dishes, really worked. This company started servicing my pool weekly in October 2020. The pool was looking properly cared for, up until December 2021. In 2022, the price of service increased, technicians started shortening the amount spent on site, skipping service days and not taking before and after pictures of the work completed.
I contacted customer service and the district manager when I noticed the color of the water was turning greenish. I was told the missing days of service was due to the small number of technicians available in the company. The district manager at the time, was able to find a technician from another route to service the pool but it did not help. The water of the pool has never returned to the crystal clear color it once had. This is because the technicians do not bother to do a thorough job when and if they come.
My contract is for weekly service for the same day each week. However, I am lucky when I get 3 service days. Getting 2 right now. Rest assured, my bill remains the same (PLUS a gas charge!). I have to spend endless hours on the phone or writing my customer services representative and district manager detailing why I am requesting credit to my account. No surprise that takes all sorts of approvals and time to happen. However, when they had my credit card on file for auto pay, they had no problem adding extra fees to my account, that I had to dispute and wait a month to have removed.
Do yourselves a favor. Skip this company if you are looking to have your pool cared for. This company is not the one. They will only cause you aggravation (mental, monetary, time) and your pool will look awful.
