Best Yard Landscaping in Phoenix AZ

I found Lone Star through their website after seeing a picture of an outdoor fire pit that I liked. Chris emulated the project perfectly by getting Phoenix permits handled, tapping into a pre-existing gas line, extending the gas 70 feet and building a beautiful flagstone fire pit with boulders complete with new electrical outlets. The project turned out exactly as expected and we're pleased with a whole new area of our yard. Additionally, as the projected wrapped up there was a loosely-related electrical issue and he responded quickly to the problem after he had been paid, which is uncommon and highly appreciated.

We couldn't be more pleased with our full landscaping project. Our home is a new build and the front and back yard were dirt. Holly took some basic ideas we had and made the perfect landscaping design.This was large project including a pool, tile-roof ramada and elevation changes and it is absolutely perfect. The crew was always prompt, respectful, cleaned up daily, and always communicated so there were no surprises. The owner, Travis, went above and beyond to make this dream project our reality. I had a fantastic experience working with Chad and the Ground Zero team. My decision to use Ground Zero over other companies was because he took the time to design my perfect backyard. I had some ideas on what I wanted, and while measuring everything out in my back yard, Chad made several recommendations and adjustment so that everything tied together. That is when I saw the whole project transform my backyard. Once the project started, it was finished in about a week, and went from dirt to something amazing. I now have my dream back yard that is perfect for me and the family all year round.

Scheduled an appointment with masterscapes for an estimate . Derek came and spent a good amount of time with us listening to what we wanted and gave us some of his ideas of what to do. We decided to go with masterscapes. Due to some medical complications we had to cancel our landscape project. They were very understanding. Would highly recommend them.

Tony was absolutely awesome! He did everything by himself in less than two hours & everything looks so fresh & neat. Definitely will be using AMS again.

Update: Tony was the best part about this business and unfortunately the rest is too much of a headache. Customer service wouldn't lower a quote even though I don't have half the items they were offering me on the quote. I can't afford to pay $295 just to get my weeds cut down & taken.

Wow. I called in for a same day emergency job and they were able to fit me in within 3 hours. So nice and accomodating and their guys were nice and courteous. Will definitely recommend and use again!! Thanks DDL!!!

I used Sal's landscaping to clean up the yard in my newly purchased house. His team was on time and didn't a fantastic job cleaning up my yard, trimming two trees and getting the irrigation aligned with the plants in my Yard.

Our backyard looks awesome. Their design was way better than anything we could have imagined. Price was lower than other quotes and we got more out of it. They finished a week early. The workers worked their butts off every day, never stopped. Will post pictures soon of before and afters. Only thing we didn’t love was not a lot of communication.

Every visit from Nick’s Lawn care is the same. My landscape looks so manicured. They also take the time for little things that go above and beyond to make the yard look better. Many thanks to Nick and crew. I can always depend on you.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

I submitted an online request to schedule an estimator to come out. Analisha responded that their next available appointment was on June 2. I responded asking for an appointment on June 3. No response. Come June 2, an estimator shows up. Rings the doorbell twice and then helps himself to my backyard. I wasn't home and my fiancé (who works from home) was surprised by a random man walking in our yard. Thankfully our dogs were inside at this time. My fiancé went out to see who he was and not once did this guy say who he was or which company he worked for. Completely unprofessional. Will not be pursuing their business.
