I have used Ground Zero Landscaping in the past. Their work is exceptional, prices are reasonable, they show up on time and go above and beyond to satisfy their clients. Chad is very helpful and his designs are unique. Highly recommend this company.

When I was looking for a new landscaping/yard maintenance service, BJ’s was the only one who stepped up and called me to talk to me about what I needed. They listened to what my concerns were regarding the needs for my yard. Jose and his crew came out and took care of my yard and it came out beautifully!! They will be my landscaper/yard maintenance crew from now on!! Thank you for your professionalism and wonder service!!

I recently bought a home from a Seller that used AMS Landscaping to repair a leaking irrigation line. I took photos of the leak before they repaired it (see attached). I closed on the home two weeks later. My landscaper came out and notified me that my irrigation box was leaking. I reached out to AMS Landscaping and notified them of the issue and they sent me an estimate for $720 to repair the irrigation line. I was completely caught off guard and asked didn't you guys just repair the irrigation line and now you want to charge me $720 to repair it again? They said there was no leak when they completed the repairs. The house has been vacant since they repaired it and no one has used the sprinklers until my landscaper tried using it and noticed the leak. AMS said they do not warranty their work and it would be $720 to repair. I told them I was very upset and not happy with their customer service. They couldn't have cared less and gave me two other companies I could use to get the irrigation line repaired. AMS landscaping has zero customer service so if you're looking to get some landscaping work done, ask yourself if the work isn't done to your satisfaction, are you ok with this company just blowing you off and not doing anything to make sure you're a satisfied customer? Save yourself the time, energy, and heartache and look elsewhere.

First time using divine design landscaping and we are so glad we did!! Our backyard really needed some attention and now it looks awesome! They even reached out to us to make sure all we wanted was completed. We did have a minor hiccup but they sent their guys back out and fixed it in a timely manner. So impressed with the great customer service of this company . Highly recommended

Great work I had a large tree that needed removed. They were took no risks made sure everything was safe and cleaned up afterwards. Great work would recommend to anyone and us again if needed.

Bronko was supposed to come to my home this morning for an estimate to install sprinklers and a drip system. I text him to ask what time he would be here to plan my day accordingly. Bronko responded he was busy and it was raining and would come next Saturday. When I replied that we agreed to today and I expected him to keep his word he told me he would come but needed to be compensated for gas and 2 hours of his day. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are actually businesses out there that appreciate customers.

We had some low voltage lighting installed in our yard. Big Nick's did a really good job. It wasn't just the installation that went smoothly but they also took the time to explain things to us and keep us informed during the installation. I genuinely loved working with their staff. They were so kind and went out of their way to make things easy for us. I am so happy with the end result. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

Excellent experience with Ivan! Honest and explained in detail our watering system, plants and maintenance. Very responsive, professional and honors his commitments which was a big hurdle for me! Highly reommend!

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

I have used Victor's Landscaping for a couple of years now, and every time I need their services they do an excellent job!! They are always so organized and their customer service is on point! The maintenance crew is very fast and leave my yard looking great. Highly recommended them.

Excellent value and customer service!

This was the second time a crew from Golden Landscaping came to my home. The first time was really good. The second experience was very poor.

This time they arrived several hours late, and left leaves and branches throughout the yard. The crew didn't even attempt to blow stuff from the side of the house.

I can NEVER reach someone by phone the first time I call. I must always leave a message and hope someone returns the call within 24 to 48 hours. Hiring a crew first requires a visit from an estimator who arrives toward the latter end of a four-hour window.

Now the company no longer accepts credit cards. So I had to pay $290 in cash to get a royal palm tree trimmed, a dead bush removed, a dozen yucca sprouts clipped and to blow/rake the yard. Once the crew started work, they were done in 38 minutes.

When I noted that there was still debris in the yard, they looked at me with no habla eyes waiting to be paid. They won't be back.

Poor communication skills

They don't care about the community there main office is because there is a noise ordinance and people still making loud noises starting at 6am with loud radios and now loud leaf blowers and it's not even 7 yet I have talked to them before and they dont get the message guess calling the police will work from now on till you get kicked out you don't care about the people that live around your main office

After checking with different companies i decided to have my 1400 + sf paver project done by Luis and his crew. I was not disappointed. They did a great-high quality job within a very reasonable cost and in a short period of time. I am Very happy with my upgraded backyard. Highly recommended.
