Best Tree Landscape in Phoenix AZ

I found Lone Star through their website after seeing a picture of an outdoor fire pit that I liked. Chris emulated the project perfectly by getting Phoenix permits handled, tapping into a pre-existing gas line, extending the gas 70 feet and building a beautiful flagstone fire pit with boulders complete with new electrical outlets. The project turned out exactly as expected and we're pleased with a whole new area of our yard. Additionally, as the projected wrapped up there was a loosely-related electrical issue and he responded quickly to the problem after he had been paid, which is uncommon and highly appreciated.

AMS made our front yard look beautiful again! The team was prompt, very courteous, and did outstanding work.

Was extremely pleased with my service. Needed to have some serious yard clean-up done in both my front and backyards, as well as adding some new gravel to the backyard. Nathan came over and was extremely professional. When we had difficulty locating a gravel that matched what little was left in the back they communicated with me promptly via text and we worked out a good replacement. Some rain caused some scheduling delays, but they were in constant communication with me the whole time and provided updates. The crew came when they said they would, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. I would definitely give them my recommendation.

Terrible Job..Used them twice, the yard looked worst when then left then when they showed up... Leaves blown in the pool, all over the yard, nothing picked up...

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. I look forward to working with them again! Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Victor was a true God send! After using unprofessional landscapers I called Victor and he came and had to redo work that was already paid for plus finishing a less than half job and redoing things. He is creative in design and suggestions were just right on. His crew were efficient and worked hard and fast. Victor started the job on time and finished on time. His office staff (Ana) was always on top of things and kept in contact to see schedule and follow up on work done. Definitely call them first!

Sergio's guys did a back yard clean up including trimming 3 citrus trees. They showed up on time, made my out-of-control trees look beautiful, left the yard spotless, and even skimmed out the leaves that fell into the pool. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and wish I had found them a long time ago.
