Chad and his crew did an amazing makeover in my backyard! I had a general idea of what I was looking for and showed a few photos to Chad, but that was it. He made some excellent recommendations to me, of things I hadn’t considered, and those suggestions have resulted in a yard I absolutely love! He and his crew were very professional and friendly throughout the entire process - and such hard workers! I am so appreciative of the long days they worked to create my new amazing backyard. FOLLOW UP 2/25/21:
Don't waste your time with this company. Apparently it's too much trouble for them to call a customer before they're on their way. For months and months, we've dealt with these guys just showing up without calling first.

This is a problem because I keep our front gate locked to keep our child with autism from eloping. And usually when they did come, we were online during a live class, so it's impossible to step away. Also, we have a cat in the backyard who needs to be put in a carrier. And we've told them every month, basically.

Obviously another reason we requested them to call first, is so their guys just aren't sitting out there waiting. I know and understand that their time is important; if they run late, it's screws up their schedule. I get it. So this is not just us being picky customers, it's about trying to be courteous to YOUR employees.

One of the the first times they came, I went out there and asked them why they didn't call first. And the gentleman showed me his phone where it shows them the job, and the information field for notes which is where the request to call us first would go, was blank. So needless to say I apologized to him and told him my husband would call the office to request that. And every month, they would still just show up. Once they came and just did the front, and tried to charge us full price!

That's another issue with this company is the frequent billing issues such as: promising a discount of x dollars, and then actually receiving a discount of y dollars, and then when you call to ask them, they would seem annoyed and reluctantly fix it, and they've actually NEVER apologized for their constant errors. (It almost seems like they try to sneak in charges, and if they get caught they'll fix it.)

My husband talked to and emailed Clara and Nathan about this SEVERAL times, they said they would rectify the issue, but to this day, have refused to do so. I get the sense that they are either married or a couple, and clearly they don't communicate with each other about anything, and in fact just seem like they are lost at the airport.

Now, the icing on the cake here is that Nathan basically tells my husband that they don't want us as customers anymore because they send out a service notice and that should be enough for us. Well, Nathan and Clara, it isn't. This is absolutely NOT an unreasonable request by any means, and you honestly just showed everyone here on Yelp and Google just how unreasonable and unprofessional your company is. I truly wish you both the best of luck, and I would also suggest you both take some classes on customer service and in dealing with customers from a service position.

I am very pleased with the landscaping job in the front and back yard for my new house. The job was done in a timely fashion as promised by Curt. Todd went through a lot of hassle with the HOA to get approval on the landscaping but he came through very nicely. I would recommend Outside Living Concepts to any of my friends or family that needed landscaping.Dishonest people. Told me if i write good report they will give me 6 months warranty and when my 15 plants died in less than 2 months they refused to give me new plants, finally after arguing with the owner he gave only 5 plants and did not put in the ground, only deliver them.

The commercial property I own has a large courtyard that needs regular landscape maintenance. I was using another company but wasn't really satisfied with the restults. A friend recommended Big Nick's and the experience was night and day. This team is so professional and did an amazing job with our courtyard. We have been using them ever since. They are amazing at the work they do.

I can only say this is a disingenuous company. I asked for a quote and they sent someone out. I explained what I needed done and they provided a price. I agreed to the price and paid 1/2 upfront as they requested. The day they arrived my wife explained to the foreman how she wanted certain plants trimmed which was no different that my explanation provided to their estimator. 10 minutes later I received a call from their office saying that now my property was determined to be a clean-up and cost $120/hr.. I asked why? The girl said because of what my wife described. When pushed to explain in detail the girl could not. I expressed this is not what we agreed to and they packed up and left at my request. The owner called and explained I changed the scope (oh sorry that I asked to have one small bush removed and 1 out of 4 ficus nitida's needed slightly more trimming) even though 1/2 of my bushes did not need trimming nor the trees since I have another company manage them. I do understand that additional work may be an additional cost but the foreman should have mentioned that up front , even if he had to confirm with his office (the owner disagreed and said that was not his job). So, by the time I was on the phone with their office, the plant was already out. At the end of the day, a difficult company to do business with.

3/15 - From my perspective 1 small bush removal should not constitute a change of scope to a total clean-up. I again reiterate that the foreman prior to removal of the bush should have simply stated sir, this may be an additional cost, let me check with my office and confirm before I start the work. I explained this to Victor who said that is not the foreman;s job. Perhaps Victor you should change your policy and empower your foreman with the ability to at least advise of a pending additional cost before doing the actual work and then check in with your office. It's pretty obvious Victor that it's your way, and not your customer's and when push comes to shove, the right side is your side, not the customer's.

Desert Sunview did an exceptional job on my recent back yard project. They went over and above in every aspect of the project. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing landscape work.thanks....

This company does exceptional work. We had tree roots pushing up the pavers in our driveway and sidewalk. They removed the roots, replaced the pavers, and we couldn’t tell where the damage was. I would highly recommend Desert Garden Lawn Care, LLC for your landscaping needs.

You guys don’t pay attention. That common area in our neighborhood is always flooded with water. It hasn’t rained in at least 10 days. The families in this community can’t use the common areas because of to much water. Get it together!!! 17st and grovers.

I hired Botanist of the Valley to do a complete renovation of my front and backyard.

First I need to say that if you are looking for a quick turnaround, don’t think like that. They are very quality oriented and pay attention to detail, so a project can and will most likely take time…but at the end it is 100% worth it.

Luis and his entire team is great to work with and I can say the price is more than fair and on point.

A year later Luis reached out to me directly to ask if any plants needed to be replaced while under warranty. Fortunately we only had one Ocotillo and one Artichoke cactus that needed to be replaced. Everything else is healthy and thriving.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone of my friends and will continue to use them as needed, although they have done everything perfect to this point….so maybe on the next home location???

Use them, understand that these projects take time and you will be happy with the end result.

The landscape designer we met was professional and knowledgeable . The work turned out better than I expected. Glad I went with them as I know they will stand behind there work.

The regularly and under multiple business names, litter little plastic bags of rocks and their flyers by throwing them into people's yards and driveways.

I called their office 2 weeks ago, told the operator I wanted to set an appointment for somebody to come to our property to give us a quote. No one ever called me back or contacted me. I guess they don't need new business. So I give them a one rating! Terrible customer service

Well if you like having them in your back yard at 6:00 am tell 7:30 am, coy don't care to wake up all its customers, this is just bad business. p.s The workers are good and the work they do is well but the one star is for waking all of us up... .update they are doing much better, thanks coy

These guys take care of my neighborhood and they do a very poor job. They take care of the front entrance but ignore the rest of the neighborhood. We've had huge piles of leaves sitting in our front yard for at least 6 weeks. They redid all the drip systems but didn't bother to cover the new lines thus they now leak and spray everywhere. We've have parts of the neighborhood that are supposed to have grass but sit like lots of dirt for at least 3 years and trees that have fallen over for at least 2 years. If you want quality landscaping look elsewhere.
