Best Maintenance Plan in Phoenix AZ

I found Lone Star through their website after seeing a picture of an outdoor fire pit that I liked. Chris emulated the project perfectly by getting Phoenix permits handled, tapping into a pre-existing gas line, extending the gas 70 feet and building a beautiful flagstone fire pit with boulders complete with new electrical outlets. The project turned out exactly as expected and we're pleased with a whole new area of our yard. Additionally, as the projected wrapped up there was a loosely-related electrical issue and he responded quickly to the problem after he had been paid, which is uncommon and highly appreciated.

I had Ground Zero Landscaping install artificial grass, flagstone, granite and some mini palm trees. The work was spectacular and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I own multiple properties and they will be my first call for all my landscaping needs. Chad Bennett is wonderful to work with. I told him my vision and he made it happen. And the PRICE WAS RIGHT !!!!!

They provided great work for our palms in the backyard and have since provided great maintenance to our home.

He was fun to work with, listened well, & met our needs with an affordable BBQ/bar design. His construction team was prompt, courteous and true craftsmen. We were looking for someone to handle our project and found a company we can trust well into the future. We can enthusiastically recommend Outside Living Concepts...and we rarely make recommendations.

Application didn't take long to complete I was in and out and under 10 minutes?

Big Nick's did some concrete work for me about a month ago. I really enjoyed using them. I appreciate a company that makes things easy and these guys did exactly that. The project turned out perfectly. I have zero complaints. Looking forward to using this team again.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Also keep in mind of all the 5 star reviews he is one of the reviewers himself: Jose Rodriguez. The rest are probably friends and family.

Great crew and work!

A beautiful yard on a beautiful home is truly amazing. I hired the team from Desert Sunview Landscaping LLC for this. The guys are great. They did a great job in the desert heat. The yard looked like a park. Everyone says it's great. My family is happy with it. My heart is filled with happiness. I recommend everyone.

Do not hire them if you care about your landscaping. Do not hire them if you want healthy trees. They do landscaping for my neighborhood and have done a terrible job in general but especially with our young trees. Many trees have grown over their support wires. They do not bother to trim the trees into a healthy shape for growth, causing them to be deformed and top heavy. They blow over in light rain, it doesn’t even take a monsoon. Then when I asked they prop up a bent over tree after light rain they said no they had to get approval. After a week I contacted the HOA and they said Gothic said the tree needed to be replaced because the root ball was exposed. This was a LIE intended to fraudulently take money from the residents of my neighborhood. There was 0 root exposed. Sickening business practices. If it happened to us, odds are we aren’t the only ones and this isn’t their first rodeo. Stay away.

The most inconsiderate company. ? woke up an entire house if people who had a long day of work ahead of them with a chainsaw 5 ft from or room window. And they weren't even working for us. I I derstand beating the heat. But that was ridiculous

Brandon and his crew are amazing! I needed a clean up job for my backyard, regular mowing, trimming of shrubbery, trimming of a couple queen palm trees and a removal of a dead one. I chose Pristine because of how many great reviews they have. I was not disappointed! As soon as I called I received a response immediately, sent pictures for a quote, after receiving quote the team was out the very next day. They cleaned everything up, made it look beautiful, and didn't leave anything behind. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Miguel was very polite, he provided an honest price for a quick repair and recommendation for a future permanent repair. I'm super happy with their service and will definitely call them again when we need their help ??

Really poor service. You could not tell they had even been there after they supposedly said they were.
