The redesign of my small yard was not only expensive but an epic hassle from day one. I can't possibly write a short synopsis of all the things that went wrong, but the highlights are:

-Total disregard for original budget
-Scheduling problems
-Contract disputes
-No recollection of previous discussions
-Stolen property
-Irrigation lines placed incorrectly resulting in damage to plants/trees

After 3 months the irrigation is still not installed correctly and I have to pay someone else to fix it because I refuse to work with them any longer. I absolutely would not recommend this company.

Hiring Lone Star was such a great decision. They turned our basic desert landscape into an incredibly living space. It transformed our backyard into a functional space that we can now entertain guests with. They were professional and had a great portfolio of work to get inspiration from. You can tell they have been doing landscaping for a long time. Great work and love our new outdoor space.

Most of my neighbors say good things about Straight Line, but when I contacted them about a paver project, they told me my job wasn't big enough for them to quote and wished me luck with my project. That was disappointing.

Chad came to my home and listened to what I wanted and he shared some ideas that actually improved my vision, Chad and his crew are very good at their craft, Chad’s attention to detail is impeccable, Ground Zero gets the call for my next project!!

We wanted to update our courtyard with artificial turf and pavers. We called Masterscapes for a quote. They sent out a sales person and listened to what we wanted. He then suggested a few much better small ideas which we had never thought of. After seeing samples of pavers and turf, we went ahead with the project. Wow! They were prompt, fast, and excellent workmanship. Also have a super warranty. We are 110% satisfied. Would recommend Masterscapes to anyone.

I have mixed feeling about this review. I hired Divine Design to maintain my yard after I purchased a home and already had the initial clean up /trim etc. completed by another company. Divine Design quoted me for monthly maintenance including trees, debris. weed and water irrigation.

The quoted price was reasonable and I liked the fact that they have an only portal you sign up and insert a payment method and they auto bill after service.

First, I indicated when I started that I wanted monthly service starting in one month. Keep in mind the yard had just been cleaned up. They showed up two weeks early. I wasn't expecting the service so soon and wasn't in the area for more than a day after the service was completed. I gave the crew the benefit of the doubt that the condition my yard was in when I returned was due to weather in the more than 24 hours since it was serviced.

Fast forward two weeks and I get notice of another scheduled visit. I email them ensuring I had signed up for monthly not bi monthly. They agreed and I was to be monthly. A month rolls by with no scheduled service. Week five I email and I am on the schedule for that week. I didn't sign up for service every five weeks.

Fast forward to month two and they are late and pushed it to the next day which I happened to be working from home. They showed up, spent ~20ish minutes where they blew out the yard and put debris into a bucket. Within 10 minutes of them leaving I went outside to inspect and immediately sent cellphone picture's to Clara. They rushed the job. I had plant debris in my yard that wasn't even from my trees that they failed to collect. I also had weeds that per their quote were to be pulled and the roots sprayed. That didn't happen. Clara assured me they would be sent out again to redo it. This was a Saturday and they came back on the following Friday. No better than before. This time I provided video. Clara offered to send them a third time to which I don't understand that if the crew can't get it right in two trips what was the third trip going to provide but I agreed to let them try. I got an email saying they were running late and would be out the next day instead. That was a week ago and no visit or notification on status.

I am appreciative that they have refunded me the fee they charged for the lack luster maintenance. Two stars instead of one is because Clara tried but the crew doesn't perform the quality of job they are quoting to deliver.

Either lower your rates to the quality of maintenance you are providing (ie plant matter and weeds left in the yard which I wouldn't have signed up for) or ensure your crews can deliver the level of service you are quoting your customers. I removed my payment method this morning and I will find another company.

If you want to have to clean your own yard and pull weeds after this company services it for $123.50 a month then this is the company for you.

To be clear. I have been refunded and I have given full credit in my review for that but that doesn't change the hours of wasted time I spent dealing with this over the last month+

Now here's a man who really loves what he does! Nick is passionate about lawn care and landscaping and he stands by his work. He has gone out of his way to help me and many others with their yards, trees, sprinkler systems, and mostly just because he actually loves doing it. The fact that he can make any money from this sort of work is just the cherry on top for him!

I highly recommend using landscaping authority for your landscaping needs. My husband and I just bought our first house and the backyard was straight weeds. We wanted to get new sod placed and Luis gave us the most competitive quote. He also took the time to talk us through the project and we knew he was the guy for the job. He even got us on the schedule earlier than expected! Him and his crew did an amazing job with our backyard. They were always on time and worked hard. We can’t thank them enough. We will definitely be using landscaping authority again in the future!

The gents at Century West Landscaping are an excellent, fast, efficient and professional collection of well oiled cogs in the machine. We had a wonderful experience with them. They are very responsive to questions and concerns. They stick to the time frame. They clean up after themselves every day. They complete the job quickly. They are careful to keep the grass and yard protected when using heavy equipment.

The Abel Hardscape team was amazing and produced quick results! In only 24 hours, our home had been beautifully transformed with the installation of artificial turf. We could not be more delighted with that it looks especially considering we were able to include our furry friend in this new outdoor experience!

I would approvingly suggest deer valley landscaping for creation, installation, and maintenance to those who are particular and want outstanding service. Keep working hard.

We needed sprinkler assistance at a short notice. Looked online and called this company. Came and fixed the issue we had and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use their services again.

3 times canceled, and my yard is not getting done before Christmas, what a surprise

The most inconsiderate company. ? woke up an entire house if people who had a long day of work ahead of them with a chainsaw 5 ft from or room window. And they weren't even working for us. I I derstand beating the heat. But that was ridiculous
