Lone Star Landscaping completely transformed the look and curb appeal of my home with a beautiful landscape and lighting design. My front of house appeal went from being one of the ugliest in the neighborhood to one of the most appealing (I continue to receive compliments on the landscaping)! Since there was little to start with but a few scattered plants, Lone Star came in with a complete landscape design which included irrigation, pavers, lighting, a full perimeter wall, and plants. It was a major project - I was looking for an exceptional end product and I wasn’t disappointed. Lone Star’s attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and use of high quality materials, was exactly what I was looking for in a contractor. Both Chris and Jamie (owners) were great to work with and guided me through the entire process from HOA approvals, selecting the correct plants and pavers, to the construction itself. They were and continue to be very responsive to any questions or concerns I have and even helped me understand how to operate my new high-tech lighting and irrigation systems. Lone Star did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with the look of my entire front yard/entryway, especially the way my house looks at night with the perfect accent lighting on the saguaros!

Someone came out to quote us for our backyard landscape design and then we never got a phone call about the design plan or quote. No one bothered to follow up even after I called. Obviously you've lost our business, and glad too. How unprofessional !

Branko, the owner, came out personally on Memorial day weekend to check out my lawn and give me an estimate. They arrived on time two days later and cleaned up my lawn in a quick professional manner. The owner supervised the job to make sure it was done right. My yard looks great and the rates are very affordable. I highly recommend this company!

These guys did a very good job. They quickly responded to my request for a quote, they gave me fair and honest prices, they were quick to schedule work, and they went above and beyond to make my yard look great. They did a great job installing pavers, they look clean and are contoured to match the area nicely. They cleaned up the yard, contoured it to look natural and installed rock that best fit the yard. They even included some larger stones, as well as some planter pots to help bring everything together and balance out the landscaping. I will definitely be recommending these guys anybody looking for landscaping in the area. I would definitely use their service again.

I had a great experience with Scottsdale Landscaping Company. They showed up as scheduled. Finished the work of garden landscaping in half their estimated time, and both the work itself and the cleanup were immaculate. Would highly recommend it.

We had this company install pavers 2 feet from our block wall and add rock between the pavers and block wall. We paid $4800! Which I felt was over priced but we were in a time crunch so we agreed to have them do the work. It took three weeks for this to be completed due to lack of communication and although my husband explained exactly what he wanted they still did not understand or take notes. I was not happy with the work they did there is a lot of dirt mixed In with the rock and they didn’t fill in the whole area with rock! I will not use this company again!

I called and asked for a quote , provided my address and the woman saw the address and confirmed I would be able to get assistance but would have to wait until EOD to receive an email with quote. Needless to say no quote. Thanks for nothing.

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

We are new to the area and this was the second landscaper we have had work on the yards. The first one had to be replaced. My husband went online and did some research. We were very leery as the first attempt didnt go so well. Luis was very professional and made us feel at ease from the first meeting. I have to say, he is not a landscaper but everything that has anything to do with your yards. He took care of everything and contacted me with quotes as promised. He even took care of the whole HOA approvals that we all love. I finally got the approval to move forward from HOA and I don't even think it was a whole week....they are done. In one day. They left it beautiful. Cleaned up, no mess and all is perfect. Even better then we pictured it would be. They put in all the pavers, moved plants, replace dead trees and put in the Hunter Hydrawise watering system that I love already. I would recommend Luis and his team to anyone and everyone. His guys were very professional, helpful and very nice. Try them...you will not be disappointed.
