Recently purchased a home in the area and had a grading issue with the landscaping in the side yard. The issue was causing water to accumulate at the slab and could ultimately lead to a fortune in foundation repairs in the future.

After contacting multiple contractors over several weeks I was constantly turned away due to the smaller size of the project. However, when I called Ground Zero Landscaping, Chad offered to look at the project same day.

Not only did Chad offer to take on the project but his team was willing to complete it the following week even with their current work load.

Chad and his team were bar non the best business people we’ve worked with. They were skilled, timely, and complete professionals. They walked me through the process, ensured I was happy with the results at different stages of the project, and stood by their work.

I have absolutely no doubt that they will be the only business we consider for any landscaping project and I can’t thank Chad enough for understanding that this project was going to save us from a huge headache in the future. It’s almost a rarity these days to find an honest contractor but Chad and his team embody what it means to be stand-up people and neighbors.

I have a pretty simple yard but BJ’s crew was proactive in letting me know about an irrigation leak and gave me a fair quote to get the plants proper water in my backyard. Great worry free service too. The BJ crew text me when they were on the way so I can put my dogs in and the text invoicing is great too!

We contacted MasterAZscapes based off of the reviews online and I'm so glad I did. Our outstanding services started with Zee, the designer and project estimator. He was very creative and really could see our vision for our backyard. He even suggested things we never thought of which we loved and went for. The professionalism and customer service continued with Daryl as our superintendent/project manager. He was so awesome and always had our back. All of the workers were courteous and very knowledgable. All large projects run into issues and ours were the same. MasterAZscapes handled the issues with fierce loyalty to our project and had our best interest in mind. I wouldn't have anyone else work on our backyard for hardscape or softscape. Sal and his crew were great. Very flexible to come out and look at the work when it was convenient, talked through options, wrote up an estimate on the spot. Came to do the work two days later, found that one of the items was less involved than originally thought. Was up front about it and adjusted the estimate. Took pictures of parts that were changed to document the work, reset the irrigation timers to the correct settings for the season, left the site clean and as if it was untouched. I scheduled more work for the future.

Wow is all we can say. We scheduled an appointment with Corbin to transform our dirt backyard into what we hoped would be paradise. Corbin delivered beyond our hopes. He was patient and listened to our ideas. Corbin left with all ideas and a few days later revisited with us to share the complete design. He incorporated his vision with ours and brought it to life on his computer with 3d images. We couldn’t be more pleased. If you are looking for a landscaper, look no further. G. Michael did a beautiful job in re-doing our front and back yards. New watering system, stone and fresh plants. They came in and finished the entire project in two days. The crew we had were very hard workers and were very nice boys. The entire experience was an A+++.

Very professional service, from design through construction. I also employ their maintenance people. Any time I have an issue needing attention, a simple phone call gets the message to the crew with no need for follow-up. Professionals from top to bottom.

Very poor job on grading and gravel. Really disappointing !!! Water was supposed to drain down but I have big puddle of water. None of the houses in the area are done right.

Doesn't pay its bills

Asked for bid on normal size house with average yard clean up...$1600, 4 guys for 8 hours.....said if it takes less than 8 hours, still going to be $1600...to weed and trim and rake. I don’t know about you but I sure don’t pay people who charge for an 8 hour day but then add disclaimer that it could be less than 8 hours but still full day charged......also, he wants prepayment for his jobs and for maintenance work. That, I believe, is illegal to ask for in CA. Just thought I’d share what I found out when I asked for an estimate. Sounds very fishy to me
