Best Commercial Landscaping in Phoenix AZ

Hiring Lone Star was such a great decision. They turned our basic desert landscape into an incredibly living space. It transformed our backyard into a functional space that we can now entertain guests with. They were professional and had a great portfolio of work to get inspiration from. You can tell they have been doing landscaping for a long time. Great work and love our new outdoor space.

Ground Zero made my yard look amazing! I wanted a fresh look that made me feel good about having friends over and Chad and his crew did an excellent job! He even suggested a few upgrades that still kept me within my budget and added to the overall appearance of my property. Property Management hired them and just one guy showed up after Mondays storm. When he saw the tree he said he quoted too little and needed to negotiate a new estimate. Even though they initially underestimated the job, Mike was great, He never was the issue. He got hurt and took care of himself like he should. He called me the next day apologizing profusely that he was yelled at due to the initial review. Apparently the person he reported himself sick to was on leave and manager called me later that they figured out that was the reason. As stated Mike was not the issue. HR dropped the ball. Mike really took responsibility. He came across like a professional. That aside they released a 3 man crew after and it took them 6 hours after the work Mike had put in last Tuesday. The job is mostly done and Michael is getting stump killer on it as promised. The only issue left is that they didn't go into my neighbors yard to haul the branches, but tried to pull them over the brick wall, she did allow them into her yard from her house. All the cinder blocks are still missing, I'll address that with property management as the neighbors side is still a mess.
Which we noticed later in the evening. Management asked if I would update the review. All actual laborers have been great.
Miscommunication happens, but always value your employees. Your employees are you business and they can go somewhere else, just like customers.

Sal completely redid our irrigation system, both in the front and back of the house, and installed 900 square feet of sod. He communicated throughout the whole process, finished the job earlier than planned, and did an amazing job at a good price. He even checked in on me a few days later to see how the sod was doing. Don't hesitate to do business with Sal!

These guys did a very good job. They quickly responded to my request for a quote, they gave me fair and honest prices, they were quick to schedule work, and they went above and beyond to make my yard look great. They did a great job installing pavers, they look clean and are contoured to match the area nicely. They cleaned up the yard, contoured it to look natural and installed rock that best fit the yard. They even included some larger stones, as well as some planter pots to help bring everything together and balance out the landscaping. I will definitely be recommending these guys anybody looking for landscaping in the area. I would definitely use their service again.

This company does good work but they seldom show up on time. It is difficult to get an answer on their phone and you can’t leave a message because the phone mailbox is always full. I did finally get a response via text.

I'm a new homeowner and we had a mesquite that was not staked very strongly so it did not survive the monsoons this summer. Desert valley happily came out and fixed the trees issues even though it was slightly over the warranty period. Will use them to do my backyard! Great service and nice people.thanks you

I contacted this company MULTIPLE times to come fix a issue I was having. My home builder wanted me to contact this company since they use them to do all their new home landscaping.

The guy (don't want to put his name up) constantly said he would come by but never showed up when he was suppose to. Weeks went by, and even months until I would finally call him back but was followed by more empty promises. I can't believe I was nearly begging this company to take my money.

Overall, I did the job myself and saved a ton of money. How can companies like this keep up? I feel bad for the employees because I am sure they are great people. The management sucks.

The most inconsiderate company. ? woke up an entire house if people who had a long day of work ahead of them with a chainsaw 5 ft from or room window. And they weren't even working for us. I I derstand beating the heat. But that was ridiculous
