Best Care And Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Sean with Mountainscapers Landscaping and his team are by far the best fountain company I have worked with. I currently work in the multi-housing industry and I was struggling trying to find a company that actual focuses on fountains. I stumbled across Mountainscapers Landscaping during my Google search. Sean called me back right away and came out the next day. He was able to find out the problem with my fountain so quickly and was very efficient. He is very knowledgeable. He was a lifesaver. His team came out and completed the repairs soon after. I have been so happy. I would recommend Sean and his team any day.

We wanted a whole backyard makeover... new walls around pool equipment, gazebo structure, improvements to the pool, new grass, sprinklers, lamp posts, etc. Not only did LSL help communicate and guide us through this process, they came in on budget and on time, too. The results still get ooohhh and ahhhhs from my friends that come to visit and the yard (some 5 years after construction on the back yard was done) still holds up REALLY well, unlike so many I did it myself projects tend to do.
I have been able to ask the staff for advice and small follow-ups here and there over the years and have hired them on numerous times to upgrade this, and install new that. It's always done with a friendly smile and capable crew.

The latest project was for some pavers in the front yard. The HOA rejected the proposal at first - seeking more information. The communication between LSL and myself was easy, drama free, and successfully completed in short order. The work done was - as expected - on time, clean, professional, and on budget.

These guys are not the cheapest, less expensive guys in town, but they provide an amazing value. In the numerous projects I have had them run for me, I have never heard drama or observed missed time frames like so many contractors do. I never hear Well so-and-so's truck wouldn't start, so we had to move your job to next week... kind of stuff. Always heard We will be there tomorrow at 7am.... and you can almost set your watch!

These guys are MY guys... so please don't hire them.... I want them all to myself!

Big Nick's is great. They installed pavers for me this week and the work was awesome. They were quick about everything and got it done for a great pice. I have only great things to say about this company. Working with them was a breeze. If you need any kind of landscaping work done on your home, you will love working with Big Nick's.

My experience has been wonderful! Whenever I need a question answered or a service, it is taken care of in a very timely manner !!! WELL DONE Deer Valley Landscaping.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Also keep in mind of all the 5 star reviews he is one of the reviewers himself: Jose Rodriguez. The rest are probably friends and family.

I HAVE VERY GOOD Luck with VICTORS landscaping I had desert landscaping very pleased with it lots of compliments.

They cleaned up my yard today I'm very happy with the service. I figured while they were working that they would need a break and I was curious to see if they would try and charge me for their break as well because I was paying them by the hour. I'm happy to say that they did not attempt to charge me for the time that they were on break!

They are hard workers, they did a great job and treated me honestly.

Luis and MP Landscaping has been great and now my yard looks better than anyone in the neighborhood. No more complaints for me. They are on time and professional. Luis and his team have really upped the value of my home. Thanks guys!!

This landscaping company unfortunately does the landscaping for our HOA, (which is still run by the builder) . Even after our community has complained about the lack of maintenance and quality of work they rushed through and butchered everything, limbs sticking out that are not trimmed. Weeds everywhere. Stay away if your considering them for a HOA community.
