I had Sean design my backyard and I absolutely love the results. Sean is truly an artist and his enthusiasm about the project makes it really fun and exciting. He is also a perfectionist and will make certain everything is done to your satisfaction. If you like fire and water concepts....Sean is the guy. My backyard is totally transformed and I love being out there now, where as before, I rarely hung out in my backyard unless I was in the pool. I can't wait for some cold weather so I can enjoy my fabulous firepit and tiki torches.

Sean provided a professional drawing that really allowed me to envision the end result. He also provided a proposal that laid out each individual piece of the plan individually priced which made it so much easier to work around my budget. Sean is a great listener and really cares about making his customers happy throughout the whole process...he is there when he says he will be there and his crew is courteous, friendly, and fun to have around. All of Seans recommendations that I ended up selecting were perfect and blended flawlessly into my existing landscape.

I had high hopes reaching out to AMS. Eli does a great job making it appear to be a simple company to work with. Just send pics and you will have an estimate. Well I did that and waited and waited. I then had to reach out again just to get a response. I was finally quoted a much higher price than I anticipated. I refused the monthly maintenance and asked to go ahead with the winter seed. I was then sent info for payment that was needed so that I could be billed in advance. I sent in the info needed as was given an date for the winter seed to be taken care of. 4 days before they were to start I was sent a price that was higher that my original quote. When I reminded them I had already received a quote, I was told they had issues with there system and the new price was firm. When I questioned them not honoring the original price I was offered $100.00 off. All of this communication was over the course of weeks. Easily 10 text messages. 10 emails and multiple phone calls just to schedule winter grass. This review is consistent with multiple reviews. Lack of communication. No follow through and not a company of integrity from my experience.

They were fantastic. Friendly, timely, professional and they did a wonderful job on our yard. I just apologize for the fact that they were out there in this awful heat! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work done!

Sals landscaping is a great and trustworthy company to do business with. My office is in DALLAS TX where I live! I found Sal on Google. I reached out to him and told him about landscaping I needed done like yesterday at a job site I have in his area. I explained to him. I wasn't going to be on-site Because I'm in Dallas. The price was fare and we agreed! Sal showed up with his equipment to handle it! I'm very Happy to have found him. And look forward to continuing business with him going forward. Outdoor Living Concepts upgraded our back yard, and we are very happy with the result. From Design, to execution, to the eventual outcome - all of it was first class and an enjoyable experience.

Speaking of experience, we had a great crew of folks - beginning with our Designer - Fernando. For Fernando, it doesn't come across as just a job, he truly loves what he does. He's genuinely excited for any project - smaller scale to large. Every step of the way was fantastic - and he also came to the Nursery and helped us choose our plants and trees, and he was nearly giddy with excitement about what he was thinking would work for our back yard. Great design and a very special person - that's Fernando.

George was handling the project and he was always helpful, positive, and responsive. Another great person to have. His crew did a great job. George made sure that Fernando's design came to be and that it was quality work. Exactly what you want.

Regarding the process, I'll start with this - be patient when doing a project like this. Outdoor Living Concepts has many projects - each one is important and I suspect they treat each customer that way too. When it's time for your project, you will get the individual attention and focus. Same thing for warranty stuff - it needs to be scheduled, and sometimes it might be a couple of weeks. Be patient - the reward is great.

Yes, we did run into an issue. We found out on a Friday that our very large spa would need to be delivered on the following Monday morning. The crew had not fully prepared the spot where the spa would land in the back yard, and in our front yard, they still had pavers, sand, etc, that would be in the way of the crane. I was frantically calling everyone and even reached the owner Curt. Curt, George, and Fernando all made the effort to get some of those tasks done over the weekend, and they had the crew arrive around 4am-5am on that Monday morning to get the rest done ahead of the spa install. Great teamwork and effort, and I was very appreciative. If not for this issue, I might not have ever spoken to the owner - Curt. I'm glad I did, because I see where the DNA for Outdoor Living Concepts comes from - an owner who really cares and truly wants customers to be happy. Thanks Curt!

One of our trees died and a few plants. No problem at all, no arguing, no questioning, they replaced them under warranty. For our part, we waited until the 3 months was up (as they recommend) and then called and worked out the scheduling for the warranty.

I did get a second quote from another company, which came in slightly higher, so we were happy with the price. Overall, I am extremely happy with the experience, and I would not hesitate to have Outdoor Living Concepts handle my next project. Highly recommended!

Unresponsive to calls and emails and has not completed the work and oh by the way charged for it?

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. I look forward to working with them again! They did a great job on our backyard landscaping makeover! They were very responsive and even helped us fix a mess that our dogs caused after the initial work was done. I would absolutely recommend this team!

Scottsdale Landscaping Company did a fantastic job which turned out better than I had hoped for our garden. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They answered my questions patiently and worked very hard to make a rather ugly space beautiful.

Abel Hardscape took our old, tired turf and brought it back to life! In no time at all they had removed the existing grass, leveled out a new base for added stability, then expertly laid down fresh artificial turf. All throughout the process their team worked efficiently yet carefully we were extremely pleased with how quickly but quality-focused their work was; so if you're looking to give your outdoor area an upgrade make sure Abel Hardscape is top of your list you won't regret it!

In a nutshell, Mathew and Juan made our family’s backyard vision become a reality for us. They were awesome to work with and really listened to our wants while giving us their professional feedback in order to keep us in budget. We are so happy with how everything turned out and the process it took to get us there. Timing and coordinating with our pool builder is never and easy task but they all managed to get it done as quickly as they could. Juan’s crew headed by Javier worked their butts off in seeing our plans come to fruition. They were impressively versatile in laying our pavers, gravel, pouring and painting our basketball court, assembling and installing our basketball post and basket, replacing a palm tree, planting trees and plants, laying out the irrigation system, building our bbq pit and installing the grill, and lastly laying out our flagstone walkway. I watched them enough to know their meticulousness and professionalism while completing their tasks. Thank you very much for making our transition from Hawaii a most pleasurable experience and will create lots of memories for us in the future.
