Such a great company with a fantastic staff. Shannon helped me get a brand new key for my car (I lost the only copy in had). He was so pleasant to talk to while he worked. He even gave me some great recommendations for spare keys, where to hide them, products that work well, and advice on other issues i was having with my vehicle. I will definitely be going through them again and I would highly recommend them to others. Thanks Shannon!

I called this company because so many of their reviews were so high and they clearly make an effort and care about their product (i.e.: they *have* an active Facebook page).

Whoever answered the phone when I called was anything but customer friendly. I am moving into a new house and need my security door and front door rekeyed. I asked for an estimate and was told it would be the service cost plus $10 per key hole. I don't know about you, but I don't memorize things like how many key holes are in a door I've unlocked once... when I asked a clarifying question to figure out a closer estimate, the tone of voice and abrupt reply were both very condescending and, again, short. I had to figure out what I don't know and ask several follow-up questions to PULL the information out of this guy. I will be finding a different company to do business with.

From my experience, my guess is that this company filters out their bad reviews and only posts their good ones. #speakingofintegrity #annoyed

The back of my car key had cracked and a large piece had fallen off. I stopped by ACME without calling to make an appointment or to even see if they would be able to help. Drew helped me right away and was able to fix my key in literally two minutes. It is as good as new! He could have told me that I needed an entirely new key (which would have been significantly more expensive), but instead, he just replaced the back piece for me. I was only charged $15 (way less than I was anticipating)! I will continue to go back to ACME anytime I need a fix!

Nick was there to save the day at 4 a.m. He was there within the time he said & within 5 min had my husband's vehicle unlocked. We will defently be keeping his number for future refernces. Fast & price was fair. Thank you Nick for your service.

This is a great company! They are fast and professional. I needed a car key made and they are the best and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for whatever locksmithing needs you have. I would put more then 5 stars if it was possible.

Great service friendly face quick time

When the machine quits midway thru and gives you an error, know they you will never get your money back! I called and after 20 minutes of run around and BS excuses why they cannot refund me my money I gave up on the 10 bucks. How much is $10 worth vs. a bunch of bad reviews let’s see

PS. If you need the info ( date, time, blood type) for a refund their kiosk should tell the customer what’s needed not just listing a phone number but it does not. The process is not designed for a refund, it’s designed to rip people off.
