Barrett called to let me know he was on his way. He was quick and efficient. He let me know where to go to get a refund. Wow, what great service. Called on Sunday and he was at our condo in 15 min; we didn't expect him so quickly so he had to return 30 min later and did the work quickly and professionally. Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.

Christy worked with me and through all the troubles with my car and the technical issues, did everything possible to help me. My 2008 Honda Civic ignition key suddenly didn't work. I had the car towed to an auto repair shop. The auto locksmith said the entire ignition switch would have to be replaced and a new key programmed. This of course means I would end up with a separate ignition key and a separate door key. They also wanted $800+. I called BCM Locksmith and they said they could rebuild the ignition using the Same Key and for a Lot Less. Very Reasonable, Very Affordable! I had my car towed to their location and within a very short time I had my car back with 1 key that fits the door and the ignition. They also replaced the battery in my key as well.
