Had them out to re-key our office and next day needed them to fix a sliding glass door lock at my residence. They were polite, responsive and friendly. Would recommend them and use them again.

Brought a watch in for a battery replacement, watched the guy struggle the whole time. After he was done he told me he thought he lost a piece and was gonna have to send it to his guy. After looking at the watch it had lots of scratches and several tool marks (gouges) on the bottom and side of the watch. When brought to his attention he made one excuse after another. He said it was normal to scratch the watch and that he doesnt know why im upset because it will get scratched anyway after we argued he told me to leave. I took the watch to his guy who told me nothing could be done about the watch. He also said it was not normal to scratch the watch during battery installation. It was scratched because he did not have or use the right equipment or did not know what he was doing. Not to mention the back of the watch wasnt even installed all the way on. So i had to have another shop complete the repair. Trying to justify shotty work by saying its normal to damage something is not ok. Just because a watch could get scratched doesnt mean its ok for you to scratch it while working on it. Bottom line, do not take a watch here if you would like it to be returned in the same condition you brought it in.

The locksmith Ran arrived twice as fast as quoted over the phone. Once he arrived in what seemed as just a few minutes he had my door open in seconds. My battery was dead and he was able to give me a jump start so I could finally leave work after being stranded for hours, after using two other locksmiths. One of witch failed. The other tried to hussle me outta 175 dollars to open my door. Their prices were competitive with many other locksmiths and the service was excellent. Use them if you want fast fair and professional assistance.

These gentleman are experienced locksmiths, I had ZERO keys for a utility / service bed. Called manufacture of utility bed, discontinued keys and no key cuts known.

Called several utility bed distributors, and known lock manufactures to try to trace down a key to no avail.

Went to TWO different locksmiths who attempted and failed.

Called these gentleman who told me to come down, within 10 MINUTES or less, he had made a key by using a blank key and a file. Highly impressed from their level of SKILL. Gentleman who was working on it was a veteran in the business with 27 years of experience.

One of my latches wasn't working properly, owner fixed it right on the spot.

Highly recommend, and saved me from having to rekey 6 locks!
