These guys are awesome! They have a lot of cool stuff down there, safes, thanks for your safe and so much knowledge and experience it's unbelievable. I drove 30 miles each way down there because I remembered them from a past business I ran in that area. And they did not disappoint me as they had performed in the past flawlessly.

Went to this place 2x and spent a total of 8 hours driving here and waiting and was not able to make a spare key. What a complete waste of my time and it was a AAA referral. I thought Eric (owner?) would have called me afterwards but NO call.

The Only Locksmith i trust locally. The service and reaction time to my particular emergency (disappearing car key) was worthy of a $500 value IMO. They solved the issue for significantly less even with a tip. I have been a customer for over 12 years.

I must have caught these guys on a bad day. Other people seem to have good things to say about them. Here's my experience.

I needed to have some keys made for a lock in a cash register at my shop. When I visited Pro-Lock & Safe, I was told it would take about an hour to make keys. I returned a little more than an hour later only to find that the front door was locked, and the lights had been turned off.

I waited around for about 20 minutes before someone showed up to re-open. When I went inside he gladly charged me full price - $18 for 2 keys. The price seemed high to me. But the shocker came when I returned to my shop, re-installed the lock, and discovered that only 1 of the 2 keys actually worked.

Like I said, it seems like people like this place, but I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

Machine says to buy 2 and get third free, but it only spits out two keys. False advertising? Broken machine?

On a Sunday, I urgently needed to change all the locks on the house. The service was prompt, well-done, reasonably priced, and expert. I can't speak more highly of them.

They were Quick and courteous. Excellent service.The chap arrived within 30 minutes of placing the call. Fixed the problem really quick and gave very good advice on replacement lock types etc. and took time to explain. Cannot fault.

Total criminals. Called for a local locksmith to come out and open a truck door with no power locks and windows. They charge me a $170 to open with one airbag pump. When I asked the technician on site he said he did not set the prices, I called the headquarters and they told me the technician is the one that sets the price when he goes out. These people are crooks. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.
