I must have caught these guys on a bad day. Other people seem to have good things to say about them. Here's my experience.

I needed to have some keys made for a lock in a cash register at my shop. When I visited Pro-Lock & Safe, I was told it would take about an hour to make keys. I returned a little more than an hour later only to find that the front door was locked, and the lights had been turned off.

I waited around for about 20 minutes before someone showed up to re-open. When I went inside he gladly charged me full price - $18 for 2 keys. The price seemed high to me. But the shocker came when I returned to my shop, re-installed the lock, and discovered that only 1 of the 2 keys actually worked.

Like I said, it seems like people like this place, but I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

We stumbled onto this kiosk when in Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It reminded us that we needed a copy of one of our keys. It was extremely easy to use and they had some really cool keys. If we went with a simpler one it would have been printed right there, but we went with a design the kiosk didn't have. We had our new key within two days and it worked perfectly. We loved the fact we could save our keys and reprint them without having to return to the kiosk. We will be using them again.

This Locksmith company provided the best service. When our driver became locked out of his truck, the technician came to his aid. He was extremely pleasant, quick, and responsive. Excellent service at reasonable prices!

The lock expert is superb! On a wet day, I was absolutely locked out, and he was able to get here in five minutes. He even fixed my lock, which I had no idea I needed, and the work was swift! Five (5). Outstanding service.

The locksmith owner was friendly initially but when things went wrong he was rude and unprofessional. The truck #1309 had the check engine light on the ac kept turning on and off and the ignition is janky. The key had to be pulled out slightly then jiggled to work. I paid for a dolly and he forgot to give it to me. I forgot to ask for it so I had to go back and get it. The shop closed before my return time so I was advised to put the key in a dropbox and call him when I was done to let him know.
