Was locked out of my car and Luis the lock smith and opened the car very quickly and gave amazing service.

Although they were busy, was very patient and accommodating when i locked myself out of my house and didn't keep me outside forever in the heat

Great Experience! In the past I have not had the greatest customer service when I have dealt with locksmith's. Working with Alcatraz Loksmith to reprogram a new remote for my Altima was quick, professional and affordable. A very pleasant surprise! Thanks for keeping it easy!

Locked my keys in my work van. They told me it would be 30-40min. They were here in 15..then took berrot 10 seconds to unlock my van. Would definitely use again.

I contacted this company regarding not being able to open my digital safe. They asked for all information regarding the safe and said they'd get right back with me as soon as they gathered all the equipment they'd need to open my safe. Three days later I received an email saying that I'd need to contact a professional safe/ lock company and have my safe drilled. Which would have cost a minimum of $1,000.00, plus my safe would have been ruined, and I would have had to buy another one. Now, they advertise that they are a professional safe and lock company, but I guess they are not after all. Later that day I did speak to a lock smith that advised me to replace the keypad, which I ordered along with new lock on Amazon for $80.00. Once I installed it, my safe opened. This company by their own admission is not a professional safe & lock company. If I could give minus stars I would do so. They almost cost me thousands of dollars.
In response to your reply, which I was able to reply to via email, I did indeed attach a copy of the email that I received from Acme-Phoenix. And as you can see it clearly states it is from Acme-Phoenix and that I would need to call A-Proffessional Locksmith in Chandler. If I could attach a copy here I would. Only because you are saying I am mistaken, which I certainly am not. I am as surprised as you are that I received such a reply from your company. That is why I thought it important to say so on my review.

I also forwarded it to the email as you requested Robert. Also, I looked up and called your Phoenix office, so there's no mistaking it as a scam from some bogus company. I do hope things do get straightened out at your company.

just moved into a new home and needed to re-key the whole thing. called jeff to make an appointment next day! had him in my contacts from locking my keys in my car awhile back and he showed up within 15 minutes w the best price around for that as well. anything lock wise i would contact jeff as he is quick and helps you save money any way possible.

I had a mail key where it was stuck (in the turn mechanism) luckily I was finally able to get a guy to come and replace it for me big thanks to micheal Romano for coming by and being quick with his work I have a locksmith I will be calling in the future
