Recently had Acme Lock complete work at my house. Mike and Tim were punctual and professional. I highly recommend this company. Also ask for Mike and Tim, they are the best.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a locksmith, and unfortunately I see them a lot! I locked my keys in my car and he arrived in good time. I am used to spending around $100 for my make and model when I lock my keys in the car, so when he quoted me $60 I was very surprised! Not only that, but he actually charged me $60! He never tried to up the price. He also made me a spare right there on the spot for $3. Could not have asked for better service. He is also just a nice guy to talk to and provides a very pleasant experience!

Work was done on time and within the quoted price. Experience and quality work, highly recommend! They even ordered a special lock plate to match the rest of the home. Very pleased.

I ordered a key fob and it was to arrive in 7 days, four weeks later it arrived and they didn’t call me. I had to call them. We made an appointment to go and get it programmed to my car and they couldn’t do it in two appointments. They then said for an extra $60 dollars they could get one that works. The key fob that I ordered was through ACME’S Webb site with one of there representatives on the phone walking me through ordering the key. I would never go there or recommend them.
