Awesome experience, very friendly knowledgable owner. I took my 2001 Ford Focus to him and it needed the keys reporgrammed ($120 at a dealership) and no one else I called had the correct equipment. He was friendly and cordial even though it was super hot out and our ignition had been duct taped up so we could still drive the car without the reprogrammed keys. It was $75 for everything and I was really happy and relieved we brought the car to him, he did a great job. If I ever need anything in the future I've got a guy!

If i could rate ZERO i would...I lost my full set of keys , I called this company at 11pm and got a quote for a new key for my car which has a chip in it...I was told the key would cost 144 including the service fee of 19 dollars. I was also told the serviceman would arrive in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes later i received a text message saying the service guy was stuck..no explanation...I asked when could they come and they said tomorrow morning same pricing. I said okay, 15 minutes later I recieved another text saying they gave me the wrong pricing for the key and it would be 335. i said nevermind and made a new claim with AAA after i already cancelled it. Today I had no keys to get in my room and called this company again because of all the great reviews...The man said he was on his way, and didnt even get here until over an hour later. When i called, i specified that i needed a whole new key made and was locked out..i asked for pricing and this man said keys starting at 35 plus 19 service fee...i was charged 160 dollars and asked the service man how it got so high if if keys start at 35.. He told me the 35 dollara are for the knobs with holes in them. This place is faulty , i was told on the phone for a key being made and getting in started at 35..the doors with HOLES DONT NEED KEYS!!!! And when i told the serviceman about my issue from last night, he denied this phone number and said its not the same company just lying, i showed him text messages and everything.. I called the man back and he said he would get in touch with me in 24 hours. I do not recommend this company AT ALL!

Someday I will definitely contact you again because I have never met such reliable technicians. You work 100%. The money I paid for your work is even too small compared to the quality of the service provided. Think about it!

Moved into a house recently. Discovered that the exterior locks were inappropriate and required different keys each. I met Kevin, the tech with ARCO, as he was working at a neighbor's house. I was impressed at our first meeting and Kevin did not disappoint. He arrived promptly, surveyed the needs and completed the work in an exemplary manner, all the while being as personable as professional.I have enjoyed the service of many home professionals in my life, none more worthy than ARCO. Your search is over. Call them!

Acme is the best safe cracker in the valley! My Big Horn gun safe I bought from Costco died 6 months after I bought it (evidently a bad motherboard). I called another locksmith, they quoted me $350 over the phone to open it, and said they would have to use a 9” cutting blade and the safe would be destroyed. When they came out they said it was different from what they thought, and it would be $650, and the safe destroyed.Mike came out, drilled the designated spot from the manufacturer, opened it, repaired the hole, and converted the safe to an old school combination lock for $525. I saved $125, AND got my safe back, better than it was before. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Mike and Acme!
