Finally an honest locksmith. My key and remote were broken. Not knowing anything about locks but I have dealt with locksmiths in the past and their prices seem steep. I took my car to Todd and he ran through the typical test for the key chip and found the solution immediately. He explained to me what was needed and how I could save money. He cut me 2 keys that worked perfectly. He easily could have charged me like every other lock smith an arm and a leg but instead was very reasonable. Great service thanks for your help.

I am a single mom of 3 young children. I called this company over the weekend. First they quoted me 45 minutes which was okay at the moment. I called them back 53 minutes from my first call and was told the tech was 15 minutes out...20 minutes later I call back. Was told he was 2 minutes out. Spoke to the gentleman for over 2 minutes and still did not see my tech drive by or come near my property. I asked the tech to call me directly. He did. The tech was awesome. Very polite towards me however I was pissed to find out he was given my address but in Surprise not GLENDALE!! By now it is near 4pm. I called them at 2:43. He finally got to my home around 4:30. REMEMBER I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY HOME WITH 3 YOUNG CHILDREN NO FOOD NO WATER AND YES EVERYONE I SPOKE TO KNEW THIS!!! He worked on 2 doors until 6pm and still could not pick my locks. He was not equipped with a drill... eventhough it was his idea to drill thru the lock. I saw my neighbor finally come home...so I went over there and with their help we were able to resolve the issue. This company in my opinion is not staffed accordingly to handle the locksmith business. I don't know whose fault it was giving the tech the wrong address either Debbie in the office/the dispatcher or the tech who inputed in incorrectly in his GPS. Either was this is unacceptable. After it was all said and done I asked for a managers call back first thing Monday. Well today is Monday and can not get either Eric or Patrick on the phone. I have recently learned they are the owners??? Really? Owners and they allow this time of behavior. I shouldn't be surprised though. They cant even call me back or even take my call. That night I had 3 sunburnt heat exhausted children. None ate a decent dinner. One was so exhausted and tired he wasn't fully making sense. Yes I did bring this up to our family physician and they gave me at home things to do. I will close in this, there has been one person through all of this that has been professional and polite. Liz in the office has been awesome. She has better customer service skills than anyone thus far. Thank you Liz!!!

I must have caught these guys on a bad day. Other people seem to have good things to say about them. Here's my experience.

I needed to have some keys made for a lock in a cash register at my shop. When I visited Pro-Lock & Safe, I was told it would take about an hour to make keys. I returned a little more than an hour later only to find that the front door was locked, and the lights had been turned off.

I waited around for about 20 minutes before someone showed up to re-open. When I went inside he gladly charged me full price - $18 for 2 keys. The price seemed high to me. But the shocker came when I returned to my shop, re-installed the lock, and discovered that only 1 of the 2 keys actually worked.

Like I said, it seems like people like this place, but I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

I ordered a safe through Acme, and received moderate service. They were always eager to help me and answer my questions when i called. But that was the thing, i always had to call them and rarely received a phone call back. Very frustrating, even on the day my safe was supposed to be there, no communication until i called them. They did get me a great price on my safe though.

The lock on my car was broken and I couldn't get into it.  Charles was very kind and quoted me a much better price than others I had called.  He came within a hour which is how long he said he would be.  He had me in my car within 5 minutes and that's only because my lock isn't a perfect square and it slipped a few times. He was kind enough to explain why he felt my lock wasn't working which was more than the other places I called did.  He brought his significant other which put me at ease knowing I wasn't alone with a complete stranger. Maybe for someone else that isn't a big deal but to feel comfortable when in a frustrating situation made it all the better. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and have saved him in my phone and will use him again if the time is needed (which I hope it never will be).

We were in Arizona for a short 4 day visit as we took possession of our new condominium, a second home. We arranged to have our doors re-keyed and the appointment was set up the morning we were left and Victor from ARCO was sent to our condo to do the work. He was on time and got the job done efficiently and quickly. He was courteous and did a great job. We would recommend ARCO's services if in need of your lock & security needs.

Big Mike was great! We had Acme come to repair one specific issue on a gate and he noticed an issue on a different gate and did a quick repair to resolve the issue. I appreciate him going out of his way to help!
