I have an old 1990 Dodge Ramcharger and the key I got for the rear hatch from the guy I bought it from did not work. I called Todd and told him what I had and he instantly knew the car and they type of key it needed. I brought the truck to him and showed him what I had and he immediately knew I had the wrong key. He looked at the lock and guessed at the key number I needed; after getting the lock cylinder out of the rear hatch and looking up the code on the lock, the key he guessed was the right key. He cut it for me and it worked like a charm! I was only there for about 30 minutes. Great service and great knowledge. Thanks for the help.

Steven not only greeted me with a friendly smile and demeanor, but he also went above and beyond with preparing my laser cut keys. He also made sure to inform me on how to properly test the keys, and that if there was any problems to bring them back so that he can fix them. I was also able to witness him greet customers waiting in line assuring them he'd be with them soon, while still taking care of my order. Very warm and friendly experience and I highly recommended this location.

My mother-in-law had locked herself out of her condo on a weekend. We did a quick Google search and PickNick came up. We called and he arrived in less than 30 minutes. Less than 5 minutes later we were in the condo where my mother-in-law's keys were laying on the table. He made us two more copies of the key so my mother-in-law could leave one with friends close by and the other with us in case of future issues. He was professional, courteous and kind. We plan to keep his business card just in case.

First he took care of my lockout in seconds flat, then spent extra time making sure I was completely satisfied with my rekey and new locks. I used their kiosk in my local grocery store and they seriously work better and smoother than the original keys! I also had a 3rd one that had to be mailed to me as it was a design the kiosk didn't have. It arrived quickly and the 1st try it didn't lock or unlock but after turning it a few times it worked as well as the 1st 2 that were made with the original key pressed into the kiosk. I will definitely use them in the future.
