I went down to the Phoenix location and met Russ. He was very friendly and helpful. I had a busted deadbolt and he diagnosed the problem immediately. He fixed it quickly and I was out of there in minutes. Saved me a bunch of money. Thanks, Russ.

Alon came out to my house after I locked myself out. He arrived about 35 minutes after I called him, which was perfect. Very prompt.

I had discussed getting in through the front door, which had a deadbolt, standard key lock, and a chain for extra security. Upon arrival, Alon found it easier to get in through the garage, and that wouldn't require new locks or any cutting of my door chain. Within 5 minutes or starting, Alon got my garage open and I was back inside my home.

Alon was a lifesaver and within an hour of calling him, I was back in my home (his commute over to my house + actual work was less than an hour in total).

I've saved his number in case I have to use his services again. Price was pretty reasonable as well - considering it was 8pm and on a holiday weekend.

Dropped off an entrance door lock set to have changed to open with a completely different key pattern, plus I needed it to open with the Master key.
