Update: Found another locksmith and got the job done with less than half of the price. It took like 3 minutes in total. The guy form Ahwatukee Locksmith spent longer time on writing the receipt yesterday.

Called them to replace a front door lock. No fancy smart lock setups or anything, just a very basic lock, and they had access to the house without any drilling or picking. Dispatch said it would start with $85 which was a reasonable price, but the technician came and gave me a quote of $250. They did literately nothing and I was charged $29 service fee.

I saw another bad review said their service fee was $19. I guess that there were so many customers said no to their crazy pricing so they had to surcharge the service fee?

I couldn't find a yelp page for them. Lucky you yelp users! you dodged a bullet.

Btw they were 1 hour late.

I asked what their company was. They told me a random company name, 24/7 mobile lock smith.Unfortunately I still have your number so I can find it from google and leave my honest feedback to future customers.

Would not use their service, and would not suggest anyone to work with them.

Rick was a life saver! I locked my keys and phone in my car in a parking lot at Walmart in Avondale. When I was able to use a random persons phone, I found him and he drove from Sun City and rushed to me. I had my 3yr old son with me and had to pick up my other son from after school care. He came quick, and unlocked my car even quicker. He is such a friendly professional guy. I would highly highly recommend him! He deserves a 10 star! Great locksmith and Cory is a great guy. I had Cory come out and change all the locks on my new house and he did a fantastic job and the pricing was very fair. Was given a very reasonable quote over the phone for same day service. The locksmith came, had to drill out our old mailbox lock and replace it along with a new key. The work was done quickly and the quote was exactly the same as given over the phone, no weird hidden fees or charges. Great service!
