Tom came out to open up an old wine bar that we had lost the skeleton key to. He called ahead to make sure an adjusted time to come out would be ok, and was very prompt for the time he stated he would be here. After he arrived he was very professional and was able to unlock my wine bar within 10 minutes. He also pointed me towards a business where I could get a new key for my wine bar as a skeleton key is a challenging thing to re-key.

Called to schedule and they were here in about 30 minutes. Job was done in about 30 and works great. Called around to several places before I asked them to come out for free quote and there price was also reasonable, right in the middle of all the calls I made. Very happy customer. From first call to final service, locksmith master,s was responsive, professional, incredibly competent, understanding and cheerful. They made sure I knew when they would arrive (same day service, call 30 minutes ahead when on their way) and they went above and beyond, not only fixing the lock I called about but identifying and repairing a second door lock that needed serious help.
