Took about 10 minutes for the person to get here, took less than 5 for them to unlock it. Amazing work

Broken service dates, promises unkept, numerous messages not returned. Courteous staff but very disorganized. A great company that has fallen from the customer oriented group that it once was. Go someplace else unless you are willing to put up with ineffectiveness.

Update: They did come back. Drew Ramjas did an admirable job of fixing the problem, assisted from the office manager. I am happy to upgrade the rating from 1 star to 4. If the job had been handled this way from the beginning things would have gone a lot more smoothly with no waiting around for no shows, or callbacks. Thanks to Anderson Lock and Safe.

This guy is awesome, I called him and he was busy doing another job but he called me as soon as he was done . He arrived in less then 10 minutes and he got the job done in less then 3 (and I am not joking) . He is such a life saver, did the job without damaging my car . he did not even mess with the window. I was very impressed . Highly recommended ! Plus his fee's are very affordable .

I needed a specific key (kw1 brass) in a very short amount of time. After calling snd searching 10 different hardware stores and calling so many locksmiths, Advanced Lock Service took care of me on the spot and got me out the door with the exact keys I need in maybe 4 minutes. The price was also phenomenal. I'll definitely come here again

Big Mike was awesome! I needed a number of locks rekeyed, and a mailbox key lock replaced. He was kind enough to wait for us. Before we had arrived, Big Mike had gotten started, didn't waste any time, and upon our arrival, he was done very shortly after that and on a Saturday too. Very knowledgeable!! Very efficient!! Very approachable!! and Very well done!!

Called these guys up..spoke to David. He was nice and helpful. At first he wasnt going to be able to come out until the following day, but then called me a little later after setting the appt and said he could come out same day. He came out, got the job done and was about $100.00 less than the other company I talked to.
