Of the 3 companies I received estimates from, they were the most informative. The Arborist evaluated my trees, took the time to educate me and didn't try to sell me. My questions were answered honestly. The trimmers were on time and professional. They went to work immediately and I was really astonished at what they did. My overgrown trees and yard filled with litter was transformed. The trees look wonderful, my yard is now pristine and even my roof was blown and cleaned. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants good quality service for a fair price. It's good to know I don't have to go looking around anymore. I'll definitely call them again.

They did a terrific job of pruning a variety of trees across my property . They also fed my trees and vines .

1) Was charged double fee for 1st time service for additional work. Only worked 40 minutes for $150 and never made over charge right.
2) Was never asked about over seeding so we requested over seeding for winter lawn 2 weeks ago and was told owner would make contact. Still have not heard back.
3) Was told irrigation would be addressed as part of initial visit. Find out only sprinklers system timer is checked as part of service. Sprinkler timer was still too much as flooding in areas continued.
4) We have hired an outside company to investigate leak. 3 Sprinkler heads were broken and one section of sprinkler system was timed too long as it was flooding the area as per licensed contractor.
5) Every other week service was rescheduled by one to three days.

This company was certainly not above or beyond nor did they deliver on promised service.

Alia's Tree service came and removed a large date palm from my yard and did an incredible job! I quoted this job with several companies and they were far and away the most affordable and responsive. The 2 guys who came today were professional and masters at their craft--it was so cool watching them work!

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. I had a large dead tree in my front yard and Azael, the owner of Innovation Tree Care reached out to me and let me know he could do the job. He scheduled the job within 2 business days which was much faster than I expected. The crew showed up on time and promptly got to work.

The tree looked very challenging because it was dry and had a few obstacles to avoid. The bark on the tree was falling off and made it difficult to get a good footing. Innovation Tree Care had all the tools and gear to perform the job safely. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to lower the branches to the ground. Nothing in the surrounding area was touched and it was a pleasure to watch them skillfully remove each part. Even the neighborhood kids were outside enjoying the process.

Once the tree was removed, they ground the stump below ground level and back filled the hole to remove any trace of the tree. Not only did they leave our property fully clean, they cleaned the saw dust on the neighbors until it was better than before they arrived.

Azael was quick to answer questions and the crew was very professional. The price quote was very reasonable and the service provided exceeded all expectations. They accept digital payments which made it a breeze for contact-less payment.

Our first experience with Cutting Edge Tree Services was just great! Tom answered my questions and promptly sent a cost estimate for trimming our large mesquite tree. The service team arrived on the scheduled date and was professional, safety-conscience and efficient. Tom’s service team not only did a wonderful job trimming and thinning our mesquite, but they completely removed all the trimmings and other ground debris. A crew of five guys arrived this morning to remove a HUGE willow acacia tree; in an hour and a half it was totally gone. They completely cleaned up all the debris from the removal and left our yard looking better than when they arrived. The entire crew worked amazingly hard and were very professional and courteous!!
