Corey installed a doggie door and cleaned gutters that had not been cleaned in at least 5 years today for my Mother. She couldn't be happier with the job that Corey did for her today. Called Desert Ridge Handyman about a job to hang up 6 ceiling fans in our home. Responded back with a quick (accurate and fair) quote after some questions for more details. Showed up on time (had Connor on his team too, to help), was very polite and respected schedule / certain requests, etc. Couldn’t have done a better job overall. Did very clean, quality work. We highly recommend! Will use for future jobs.

Joe answered all my questions prior to setting up our job, arrived on time, did the work in a clean and professional manner, and communicated every step of the way. In fact, he needed to return the next day to paint an exterior surface that he repaired and needed to dry, and he showed up on-time and I did not even need to remind him. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Oh boy I hoped to forget this incident but here comes a reminder to review from Google when I am looking for a handyman this time...

I got about 1/3 of what I paid for. First job was to install a range hood with 6 inch diameter vent. Company sent one handyman for what was definitely a two person job. He ultimately got the hood up with my help (I happened to have the morning off) but ended up missing the mounting brackets, which had to be completely redone by myself and family, causing a several month delay to find enough time to do the job.
Second job was to install a garage door opener, which he did. However I specifically had the office employee note the existing prewiring and pointed it out to the handyman before starting the job. This time I was not around and returned to wires stapled to the ceiling and walls. The lack of attention to detail on both his and the office employee staff is disappointing. It makes me doubt the experience of the company as a whole if they didn't know what prewiring looks like.
I feel bad for the handyman since he was genuinely trying hard, yet shoddy work is shoddy work.

Kitchen cabinet pulls installed by James and helper… some of my pulls were bended or forced into a drill hole measured by the installers. Some pulls were not installed with the correct measurements where on adjoining doors you could some were angled and mismeasured incorrectly. Very upset that I paid thousands of dollars for new cabinets to have mediocre work done that costed me than I paid for. Work was done 2/22/2022.

I called for multiple services and they would not even schedule me, saying that they didn't have ANYONE who could help me. Being disabled, I am unable to perform the work myself and needed help. The work I needed was simple basic stuff. I thought firefighters were dependable.
