The schedulers were very helpful and the crew was professional, polite and very organized. Good job. A 50% deposit was given with a credit card. it was upsetting that they billed the second 50% of the invoice on the same credit card with out asking or notifying us. I am not sure that is legal.

Umberto and his team arrived early. They were super efficient and clean up was very good. My Ironwood and Texas Ebony look great. I would definitely recommend Chip Off the Old Block.

Guy on the phone (Jason) was short with me and rude. The tree trimming we needed I guess wasnt a big enough job for him...he made me feel inadequate,and like I wasnt important! Noone else was available in my area so I went ahead and used thier service, some homeless looking guy showed up to trim the trees, didnt say but two words to me(maybe didnt speak English) then took off! His truck was leaking oil on my driveway the whole time! The guy didnt even pick up all the trimmings...I guess thats what you get for taking a chance. Wont happen again! What kind of professional talks down to people,has bad service,high prices and leaves your driveway a mess??? The guys whos face is on the hood of the trucks a guess! What a chauvinistic fool!

Great Job removing a very large Palo Verde tree from my backyard. They managed to keep the pieces out of my neighbor's yard and now it looks like there was never a tree there. Very professional and fast!

They just removed a total of 5 palm trees out of my yard 4 extremely tall ones and a short one. They were here first thing in the morning and they were done within a few hours. They did an awesome job, cleaned up everything and were not overpriced. I had gotten multiple quotes from people and I’m glad I found them.

Rick and his crew did an excellent job trimming and resurrecting our palm trees, one of which appeared to be dead. A short time later it was very much alive. I’ve used them twice now and will continue with them for sure.

DONT WASTE YOIR TIME

We attempted to get our trees trimmed recently. Called them once to schedule a quote and no one showed. Called them back two more times with voicemail and no one returned our call. Waste of time- don't bother!!

Colin and his crew did an excellent job trimming several of our trees. It was clear that client satisfaction was a major goal. All trees look great and the crew did a thorough job cleaning up the areas afterwards. I will definitely use Colin for future tree trimming needs.

They were busy after a big storm but showed up the same day I called. Split crew because of storm damages but finished removing a 40ft and an 8ft tree on the same day from the backyard. Fair price and great cleanup. Friendly and hard working crew. Highly recommend.
