I have used Tree Pros. For couple of projects and planning to use them again. I was very impressed with their team, starting with sales, the actual arbors, to follow up and customer service.They were flexible, committed to quality work and on time.

We’re very happy with all aspects of Chip Off The Old Block's tree removal service. We had 3 - 45 year old, large pine trees (18-24 diameter) that were all leaning badly. Their quote was lower than other estimates we received, but they were completely professional, even providing a copy of their insurance coverage. Umberto and crew and crane arrived on time and worked efficiently. We appreciated that Jack (the arborist that provided the quote) also was there. A crane, a truck with a chipper, and another truck take up lots of space, but they were very courteous with neighbors and trash pickup. And, they were done and cleaned up(yard and street) in just 3-3.5 hours. Stump grinding was scheduled for the next day. They arrived on time and were done and cleaned up in short order. Not happy to lose our trees, but very happy that we chose Chip Off The Old Block to do the work.

Gave me a quote and came out and removed two trees. Very professional and very quickly done. They cleaned the debris and there were no hidden fees. Very satisfied.

I called them on a Thursday for a quote on tree trimming, and sent the pictures that they requested. They never called back. I called on Friday and they said I would get a quote on Friday or Saturday. Still no quote. I guess they do not want new business.

They were a true pleasure to deal with!!!!!!!!!! Their guys were very professional and cleaned up afterwords. Their work product was GREAT!

Crews are professional and friendly. Jennifer did a great job keeping us up to date on schedule updates as crews moved through their day. Our trees are in much better condition - canopies opened but trunks and major branches still shaded from sun, etc. Reasonable prices.

Man... what to even say about these guys. Monsoon time around here is always a gamble and this time we won the lottery with our last remaining ~30 year old Palo Verde biting the dust - this time on our house. We lucked out with minimal damage but having used AZ Tree Trimming & Removal in the past, I immediately rang them up within minutes. Two hours after the tree falling the thing was cut up in pieces, off the roof, and no longer a worry thanks to Jesse. They finished the job the next day and just now Jesse came out to take care of the rest of the stump that was peeking out of the ground saying hi to all that walked by. Seriously... professional company. They know their stuff. 10/10.
