The quality of the work was very good. One could never tell that a tree existed in the two spots where they were removed. Tree Pros was very timely and very quick to remove the two trees and stumps. They cleaned up everything very well.We had a few hiccups that needed to be discussed with management but our concerns we're taken into account, we were listened to and the response from them was very good and resolved in a timely manner. These hiccups were not from the work that was performed though. I was extremely happy with the work they did and am very confident that l would use Tree Pros again in the future!

I've used their services several times over the years and have NEVER been disappointed! Every tech that I've dealt with has always been top notch! Today I had the pleasure of working with a young man named Nolan. My kumquat tree is ailing and needs attention. I was blown away with how professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful he is! He has great pride in what he does and seems to genuinely love his job! As cliche as it may sound, our interaction left me feeling very hopeful for the future!

They trimmed and did sprinkler extensions for us. They didn't spend time on their cell phones wasting customers time, they came on time, and cleared debris. American tree and landscape company provided great service! They were able to come out the same day that I called them which was a lifesaver as I was on a very tight schedule. The crew was responsive, respectful, and very hard-working. I would definitely call again!

I have had trees trimmed and pruned a number of times by Arizona Tree Care and Services. Kris and his team have always been very responsive and arrive on time when scheduled. They are very knowledgeable and have always done a great job trimming, pruning and removing trees (when needed). Phoenix Trim a Tree did an amazing job on my chinese elm in my backyard. In addition, they were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Steven ensured that all branches which entered neighbors yards were removed and did not fail to answer any questions I had. Well worth the money paid and I would gladly use their services again!
