I decided to try Chip Off the Old Block to trim 3 trees and to remove another. Jack came out to give me an estimate. He listened to what I wanted and spent time explaining everything and asking questions. He also
picked up on problems in my yard I didn’t know I had. It took a week for them to call back and schedule this
which was a little longer than I expected. They were on time and came out with 6 guys who were all personable and made suggestions and then got started. They continued to check with me regarding certain branches. I was surprised by their friendliness, not only the guy in charge, but everyone spoke to me. They were fast and verified with me that I was satisfied before they left. Sometimes I feel like I need to push for how I want my trees to be trimmed, but this was easy and I felt they respected what I wanted. They did ask for a review if I was pleased with the work and I have no problem giving this review. Thanks, Chip Off the Old Block!!

I have used Design Tree Maintenance many times over the last 15 years. They trimmed a very large Australian bottle tree on the side of our yard several times. We finally decided to take it down completely and Design tree came in with a professional crew and crane and took it away in pieces while swinging sections of this huge tree over our roof. Clean up was great right down to grinding down the stump. The most recent job was on 2 orange trees in our back yard. They did an excellent job of pruning the orange trees to a manageable size and cleaned everything up perfectly. I would highly recommend Design Tree Maintenance for any of your tree trimming needs!

I reached out to this company for a quote for tree trimming which they gave me and then I asked for their availability and never heard back from them. A couple hours later I receive a picture of my tree trimmed asking for payment when I did not schedule any services with them. Very unprofessional on their end if they would of waiting till I authorized the service I would of continued using them!

Update 9-17-2022: As mentioned below, I'm not the type to complain. I just move on. I'm lifting my 1 star review to 3 stars based on the fact that Ops Mgr called me, and stopped by the house to assess the situation and figure out a solution. It would appear they plan on replacing the tree with an acceptable size tree and remove the stump that they were supposed to the first time around. I will update the review once things are squared away. Looks promising......

I really hate to leave a negative review. I'm usually the type of customer that just doesn't come back if I don't like the service. However, this story may be worth listening to. For starters, Brandon came out for a consultation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was looking to get an overgrow Mesquite tree trimmed professionally. I ended up getting nutrient tree injections on all trees(4), insect injections and a stump removed. Price was a little more than others had quoted($2300) but this company seemed legit. Now, here is where the story takes a turn for the worse. All services where performed but they ended up cutting down one of my fully grown trees instead of grinding the stump. Whoops! When I contacted Brandon he was very sorry and vowed to fix the situation. When he called me back with the solution they wanted to replace the 20 foot Ash tree they chopped down with a 6ft one. It took 9 years for that tree to get to 20 feet. Obviously, I suggested that wasn't acceptable. He then offered a 7ft tree. Again, not acceptable. He was supposed to get with his boss and come back with a solution. That was 3 weeks ago. I've texted him and he said the office would connect with me. Haven't heard anything. Oh, and did I mention they had no problem charging my card for services not preformed. I did call and complain about the charges and they cancelled the charge. I feel bad that they are at a loss on this situation. I know this was an accident. A measure of a good business is how you handle a crisis. Especially one they created. So far, I'd say D- for Elite Tree Service.

I have worked with Filiberto (Diaz) for over five years, trimming my palm trees, and removing unwanted trees from my properties. He has always been professional, reasonably priced and done excellent quality work. I would highly recommend Diaz Tree & Landscape LLC.

I have two mesquites in my front yard, one of which lost a sizable branch in a recent storm. The larger tree towers over my house, so I wanted to thin it out ASAP to prevent any major damage to the house. An arborist, Juan was available the next day to provide an estimate, and both trees were trimmed the following day with all waste hauled away. I'm very satisfied with the result and thought the price was quite reasonable.

AMS came out to rescue our messy yard, which had some seriously overgrown trees that were beyond my abilities to trim, along with some nearly equally overgrown plants and a collection of leaves. Between the front and back yards, they spent a good 2 hours or so and left us with a beautiful, tidy yard. There was some confusion with some (what I later learned were automated) emails regarding the terms of the service, but they were quickly sorted. Looking forward to seeing AMS keep our yard clean on a monthly basis from now on.

Divine Design has been servicing my property and helping out with larger jobs for around 6 years now. I find their work to be consistently good quality at a fair price. I've been with them for a while now, so naturally there have been a few issues and glitches in service, but those are rare and both Nathan and Clara have always been so pleasant, professional and responsive to finding a solution and making any necessary correction. Just yesterday, I arrived home and WOW!!! The crew did an absolutely amazing job gleaning my fruit tree for me. I was very impressed and very grateful, as I would not have been able to do it myself. They work hard and I appreciate it and so will you.
