Design Tree Maintenance is a great company to help with tree maintenance. They showed up right on time, were quick to perform the work and cleaned up afterwards. The crew were all very professional and surpassed my expectations. I recommend them highly!!

We had a great experience with Tree Workers of Phoenix. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. Rick, the certified Arborist, was on-site in a bucket truck and did all the trimming himself. He fed and treated my menagerie of trees: giant Eucalyptus, Pine, Acacia, Citrus, Ash, and Date Palm. We've had other providers come out in the past and none were as knowledgeable nor had the right tools and treatments for the job. Tree Workers of Phoenix are not the cheapest provider around but with them, the quality is top-notch. They were in and out in a quick and reasonable time-frame and did a great clean-up job. If your trees are struggling, call Tree Workers of Phoenix. They offer knowledge and services that your typical landscapers and tree trimmers just don't have.

First, second and third inpressions are awesome! Scheduled to be here at 8:00am was here at 7:30, all five guys that was here was curtious, listened and worked extremely hard,safe and fast. We was totally impressed with their work. Took down a fifty foot tree and cleaned up in three hours. Thanks guys you did an amazing job!!!!!! Price was reasonable too!

I have had pretty mixed experiences with other tree service places. These guys were the best. They answered a ton of my questions, charged a fair price and did excellent work. I will be using them going forward.

Last night’s storm uprooted a large mesquite tree in our backyard. Encouraged by the great reviews, I called Juan at 8:40pm to ask for help. He was very professional and nice and assured me he would be out the next afternoon to assess the situation. Said he would call when he was on the way.

Fast forward to today. No show. No call. Voicemail box full. No reply to text.

I get it. The storm took down a lot of trees. He was busy like every other tree service. No show. No call. No reply to text. No customer service. No good. No stars if I could.

While visiting my father on a recent trip into Phoenix, I noticed he had a few trees that were leaning towards his house. It worried me a bit because I’m out of state and unable to assist much. I was looking for an affordable tree service with good quality that would work with me. Being a veteran, this company caught my eye. I called for an estimate and I met the Gabriel. Everything went well and I scheduled for 2 trees to be cut back and 1 to be removed all together. Andy and crew showed up on time and the job went smoothly. Debris was removed as promised and the job was done by the end of the day. Thanks veterans family, from one Vet to another!

There is a big difference between a true arborist cutting and trimming your trees versus your neighborhood landscaper. They have absolutely resurrected a couple of my trees with structural pruning and the soil injection was absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend using tree care from, Moon Valley nurseries. They also removed a disgusting sisso tree for my mom's house and saved it from excessive invasive root damage.

After a storm came through and caused major damage to my mesquite tree I started calling around looking for someone to come out and remove it. Guillermo, the owner came out to evaluate the damage, walked the property and told me what he would recommend. He is very knowledgeable, honest and kept his word. His crew was fast and friendly, I have already recommended him to others. Thank you!

Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Showed up unannounced, banging on our front door, and yelling like a madman, despite the fact we have doorbells available. After showing him the property, we told him we'd like our two large trees trimmed. He started complaining he has no access to the trees and tried to go through our neighbors property, we merely asked him for an estimate which turned out to be 4000$. After we declined he was insulting beyond reason. I absolutely advise against this company.

On May 14 2020, Phoenix Tree Removal took down two 17 year old ficus trees from our small NW Phoenix front yard. Lance and Chris are fast and accurate in everything they do. Lance knew exactly where each huge limb would land. We didn't have to take down the front yard fence . A small shrub growing between the trees wasn't touched. Nothing broken. After the trees were removed they ground down both stumps, then raked the yard and cleaned up the front yard, driveway, street and anything that blew into an adjacent yard. They even blew the leaves out of our garage! This is the most professional , pleasant and hardworking people we've ever hired. Their price was excellent!! I got a bid from an arbor company that quoted $4,300 and said a crane had to be used. NOT TRUE!!! Their price was more than 3 times less than that ! LANCE and Chris are amazing! They will only work with large jobs. If you have one tree -- even a big one that needs a professional trimmer, they will turn you away. The woman asked me if my job was at least $350. I have no idea -- I'm not a tree trimmer! If it's not $350, they won't even talk to you. I actually had 2 trees to trim and a saguaro to move, but she didn't care to ask about all I needed, only if I was spending over $350. I've used Hayward in the past & will call them again.

Christian has removed a couple trees at my fathers house. He did a excellent job at a extremely complex removal out front by climbing it and sectioning it off into pieces, they fell perfectly and hit the intended spot every time he is a expert with that saw and I recommend his skills to anyone!

Despite some rescheduling issues (just bad luck I think), these guys did a great job removing, stump grinding and cleaned up after themselves. Even covered the stump with dirt and rocks from the yard. Price was very good. It's obvious they are very busy, communication is a bit delayed but for the price and quality they provide, I would recommend and use again.
