We just completed a New Home build and wanted to have pull out options in the lower cabinets. We are very satisfied and elated to have so much more room now for everything. Almost doubled our cabinets on the lower side. They were even able to use the space under the cooktop making it into a drawer as well! Thank you so much as they are great! I can’t say enough about Shelf Theory and how they “came to the rescue!” We’ve been in our house for over ten years now, and have struggled with our pantry since Day 1. It’s a good-sized pantry, but it is very deep and dark. It originally had three shelves on the bottom and two on the top section (too high to reach even with a step-stool). The height and depth of the three shelves on the bottom section could not be utilized because we could not see or reach in the back. Anything that fell to the back would be hidden, forgotten, and had to be thrown out when finally discovered.

Everyone on the Shelf Theory team was very professional, courteous, and super helpful — from setting up the free estimate to final installation. Chris even told us that the “faux drawer” under our gas range could be converted to a fully functional utility drawer, and that adding a slide-out shelf under the kitchen sink would give more functional use of space there. The quality of their products and their workmanship are top-notch! Now I enjoy going into the pantry to find what I need, I love having a nice, wide drawer for my cooking utensils, and enjoy having more efficient use of our under-sink space. My husband and I were so pleased with their product quality and workmanship that we asked them to come back out to add their high quality, self-closing sliders to all our kitchen drawers. Life in the kitchen is so much more pleasant and enjoyable now. I highly recommend Shelf Theory! Thank you, Chris and Shelf Theory team!

I couldn't be happier with this company! I've been wanting pull out shelves in my pantry for over 20 years! I finally decided to do it and gave Shelf Theory a call. They came to my house to give me an estimate and were very prompt, courteous and professional. The shelves are high quality with a price that fit our budget. I loved it so much they are coming back out to install pull outs in all my bottom cabinets. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install slide outs!

I ran into this company at the AZ state fair. I fell in love with the idea of the pull out shelves for my pantry. At the fair I spoke to Craig about it who got me an appointment made right there. A week later someone is showing me what we could do. The cost was right in the range of what I was hoping. So about a week later Craig was at my house and did the install. He was very personable and professional. We were shocked at how quick he was in and out of our house.
We do not live in the Phoenix Metro Area, and as someone who lives out in the desert it is not always easy to get what you want because many companies will not come out this far. Shelf Theory did and they did a great job.
I never bother to right reviews but I wanted to highly recommend this company. I am so happy every time I open my pantry! Thank You again Shelf Theory!

We first saw this company at a recent Home and Garden Show and were impressed with their product. Bob set up an appointment that day for a consult and quote. A week later, he was promptly at our home. He offered great suggestions and a very reasonable price. Bob was back a week later to install our drawer slides. They are amazing! We can see the high quality when compared to our previous builder installed drawer slides. We have so much more space now that Bob installed additional slides in our lower cabinets. Bob was very professional and very helpful throughout the process. We highly recommend this company.

We hired Shelf Theory to help with our kitchen organization and just did some updates. They replaced all of our drawer slides with soft close, so no more slamming kitchen drawers. They added pull-outs to the bottoms of the cabinets and also added 2 small drawers under the cooktop. Oh, and all the drawers and pull outs are full depth, so we gained several extra inches and it's so much easier to access the enter drawer. They replaced a lot of our pull out cabinet drawers and took the center part out to make them the full width. I had no idea it would be this nice!!! I'm very fussy about retouching, so I was nervous about them cutting my cabinets and then gluing a piece back on, but it looks amazing!!! By just looking at it, you can't really tell they did anything, but it really is a much nicer kitchen now with better storage. Everyone was super friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave us ideas about what would work and what wouldn't. Everything is handmade so the quality is incredible! Everything is so durable and I know they stand behind their work. I called a couple other companies but nobody else returned calls or offered free quotes, so I didn't get any other bids, but often it's about so much more than cost. It's about quality and supporting small businesses. I'm happy to support Shelf Theory! We'll definitely be having some additional things updated, like adding hardware and adding pull outs for the bathrooms too.

GAME CHANGER!

This is one of the best investments I have ever made. Adding pull-out shelves to our kitchen and bathroom from Shelf Theory was brilliant! I have bad knees that make it difficult to get down on the floor and rummage through the back of cabinets. Now all I have to do is pull out the drawers and, voila, all my pans, dishes, appliances, and everything else is at my fingertips. These are an absolute Godsend and I highly recommend Shelf Theory. Dawn was instrumental in making suggestions and providing recommendations as to what would work best and fit our needs. Kyle did an incredible istallation and was so patient considereing all the shelves we had installed. The wait time was minimal, they were professional, courteous, and a real gem. Shelf theory recently installed ten pull-out shelves in my kitchen cabinets. They work great! The new shelves increased my shelf space by changing some half shelves to full shelves. They also made them so much more accessible by adding the convenience of being able to fully pull out the shelf to reach things near the back. The 2 inch lip that I ordered (the minimum, you can order taller) keeps everything from toppling over. No more getting down on hands and knees to dig items from the back. I even got a shelf just to hold pot/pan lids. The process was really easy. Kyle came out and measured in about an hour, and then 3 weeks later came back to install all the shelves just as we had talked about. They fit perfectly. The cost was very reasonable also. I'm very happy.

Dawn and her team we're on time at all the appointments scheduled from start to finish. This has to have been one of the easiest companies I have ever worked with on getting projects done in my home. Overall was a tremendously great experience. My property is older and needed a retrofit. It was hard to find a company that could replace slides and some drawers but preserve the faces and leave what didn't need modification. Shelf Theory did everything I wanted and left no mistakes behind.

We had a few hiccups throughout the process but the owner was prompt to respond and made everything right and then some. Small stuff that was handled professionally.

Most businesses do not operate this way anymore. I was impressed by the detailed initial meeting and technology used to give a clear breakdown of all costs, upfront. There were not gotchas here and everything was done as described and promised. I could not be happy with Chris and his team's hard work. They deserve your business and are good people too.

Outstanding company! Outstanding quality! Outstanding service! Prompt in setting up an estimate appointment and installation - 2 weeks from estimate to installation - and part of that was me reviewing the estimate. Teigan was incredibly helpful answering all my questions - which were few because everything was very well documented on the estimate. We contacted two of their competitors for bids and crickets chirped - never heard from the sales reps. Mike D. was amazing to work with both for the estimate and the installation. He made certain we were satisfied with everything before he left! High quality shelves, fully guaranteed.

My only regret is that instead of talking about it for two years since we moved into our new home we'd done it right away!

We had slide out shelves in the kitchen of our previous home so we knew how wonderful they are to have in the cabinets. I recommend slide out shelves for your cabinets.

We have been in our home for 22 years and with the accumulation over time it felt like we were closed in and cramped. A Shelf Theory ad came up as if it was reading my mind. I was compelled to call. My initial call was with a very courteous person who scheduled an in-home consult. Again, our interaction was top notch and our representative very knowledgeable. A couple days ahead of the install another representative came to remeasure - as they say - cut once, measure twice. Then came the day - I was SO excited. Dan was the master installer and he brought his apprentice Mario. We work from home so they were very quiet, considerate and efficient. When they were done they walked us through their install instructions and showed us other awesome space saver products they market. Dan is certainly a master of the trade coupled with the quality of the shelves - we were ecstatic. I could not wait to fill up my cabinets and get reorganized. Nothing is ever going to be lost in the shuffle in the back of a cabinet again. My space was doubled and it made a HUGE difference. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the shelves we had installed, as well as the overall experience. I called Shelf Theory and one other company to schedule an appointment for an estimate to do 18-20 shelves in my kitchen. Shelf Theory booked me on the spot. The other company took my info and told me they'd have someone call me back. After 2 days with no call, I called back and got the same treatment. To this day, no call. I place a HUGE premium on service and responsiveness and Shelf Theory is top notch.
The shelves were ready in about 2 weeks (just as promised) and we had an installation scheduled for the following week. They were even kind enough to schedule in the afternoon so my daughter that works a night shift could sleep in. You can really tell this is a family business that listens.
The installation took 2 hours almost exactly (again, just as estimated) and the 2 installers were extremely professional and helpful. They asked questions throughout the process to make sure they were 100% in line with our expectations and did the job right the first time. They cleaned up after themselves, wore PPE the entire time, and made sure they walked us through every part of the installation before leaving to make sure we were 100% satisfied.
The real kicker for me was when we had a minor mishap with one shelf and a spacer came out. We called them immediately, but they were already across town. The installer came back ON A SUNDAY to make the repair.
Can't say enough about how happy we are, how much we enjoy the new shelves, and how glad I am that I'll never have to get down on my knees to get stuff out of my cabinets anymore. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a very cost effective and functional kitchen upgrade.

Thank you, thank you ! I LOVE your wonderful pull-out shelves! They look wonderful and I found that I can actually get more items in the cabinets than I did before. And, your special carpentry which puts two wide drawers in place of four shelves, adds space and cuts my cost!
After having two spinal surgeries this past year, my ability to bend or stoop to get something out of my kitchen cabinets was extremely difficult. And, to pull something out of the back of the shelves was nearly impossible. You not only gave me a fast appraisal and a fair price, but got them installed weeks sooner than any of your competitors could do.

These folks made it easy and painless. Our in-home estimate was arranged quickly. We liked the fact that the estimate was conducted by the same person who installed the product. He showed up with his mask, and answered all of our questions well.
Installation day, Patrick called before arriving on time. The shelves were installed in the time estimated. We love our new shelves!
I’ll plan to return a year from now with a review of how well the shelves hold up with use. Having no children in the house, I suspect they’ll be just fine!

I am Extremely pleased with our Pull Out Shelves. The quality is excellent, the convenience outstanding, and it more than doubled my shelf space. Our installer was Dan and he was excellent as well. I had shelves placed under the sink, under the counters, and in the pantry. **Their 5 star rating has dropped to a 1. After ripping out our shelf the installer realized the salesman had neglected to measure the height of the cabinet opening. The new unit didn't fit. I've called several times over the past 3 weeks waiting for a promised callback answer to the dilemma. So far we're left with a damaged cabinet without a shelf & no answers. I know they're busy, but aren't we first in line? The installation of the other drawers was great so can we just finish this?

Just completed the last (?) of our installations in our new home using Shelf Theory‘s outstanding products, services and installation team! We came from a much larger space to this house and struggled with how to organize ourselves, store our kitchen and mudroom supplies as well as create usable spaces in bathroom vanities for organization and storage.
I literally found Shelf Theory’s contact information online and boy, did I get lucky!
The Shelf Theory team evaluated the spaces and helped us to create a much more organized setting without having to add additional cabinets. It’s as if they were here from the inception of our spaces and put to use every square inch of cabinet storage!

Upgraded Kitchen Shelving Makes People Happy!

Kyle is absolutely wonderful! We upgraded our shelves in a small galley kitchen and I am amazed and how functional and organized everything is after the job was done. Gone are the days where you had to dig deep into your pantry only to come up empty handed because you can't see what you've got hidden way in the back! I've got an empty cabinet that has been freed up due to the added space provided by Shelf Theory. We added an additional shelf for canned goods adding even more room. Call them NOW and have them come look at your kitchen to provide innovate and practical solutions for kitchen storage. I saw this company at the home and garden show and after seeing all the other vendors, this company had the most straight forward answers and pricing. The quote went smooth, no bait and switch tactics and a few weeks after the quote, the install went smooth as well. They were just installed today and in very pleased with them. I have quite a bit of extra space now and I appreciate how clean the installer was. He put protection on my tile, caused no dust and was very professional. Zero complaints about any of the process. The pull out shelves make you whole kitchen cabinets useful. They alleviate digging through to get items out of the back.

Patrick arrived at the allotted time to install the new rollout shelves in our small kitchen. He is a friendly and conscientious person. He was able to work around our very small working space to install 13 roll out shelves. He was very organized and did not have his work spread all over but yet accomplished the task at hand and left everything very tidy.
We previously have had to store all of my pans in the garage cabinets due to lack of space. I have been busy since he left organizing my kitchen and I’m so happy that I have much more space to put items that I use frequently in the house rather than walking out to the garage all the time. I had previously contacted another shelf company before I heard about Shelf Theory and their very high quality products. The other company took days to call me back, were very rude when they did call and acted as if my job was too small for them. When I called Shelf Theory Dawn was so nice to talk to and scheduled a consultation in my home to discuss the product and what would work best in my kitchen. I ordered shelves from Shelf Theory a few weeks ago, and was so pleased with the work, convenience, and most importantly the quality of the shelves. Not only did I use them in my own home, I now use them in all the homes I am currently remodeling for my clients. My advice as a designer, would be to get cabinets without a shelving system and install Shelf Theory pull outs, as the quality and price are second to none. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely be using them again!

While Shelf Theory was not the cheapest estimate we received, the professional manner in which it was presented and our questions answered gave us the confidence to hire them. The best thing about these shelves are how much weight they hold! I loaded up one shelf with my 4 cast iron pans and some other items! They are able to hold 100 lbs. fully extended. You don't see that in all sliding shelves. I have so much more storage now. Chris was great on the consultation and Wil provided quick installation. Two hours to install 12 shelves. In addition thee of the selves had caddies. Great Company!

I had 9 shelves installed last week by this company. They were referred to me by a friend. The salesman was very knowledgeable, more so than the average salesman you might encounter. He wasn’t pushy, but was very helpful. He said the salesman usually does his own install when that day arrives. In about 3 weeks, I received a call to schedule the work. When that day arrived, I was surprised to see a young man at my door, not the salesman. I was a little skeptical. Guess what? This guy couldn’t have done a better job. He was fast, efficient and very friendly. He did more than I expected and I love my new slide outs.I will be telling my friends about this company.

We had pull out shelving installed by Shelf theory today. When the work was completed, my husband and I checked the workmanship and said to each other, WOW! We wondered why it took so long to do this.
Everything was done professionally from the consult and presentation by Dawn to the installation job done by their installer, Kyle. Before and during the job Kyle would make sure how we wanted the shelves put in, since we had leeway for adjustments as he was installing. Afterwards Kyle explained everything in detail and went over their lifetime warranty. Everything came out perfectly!
The cost was reasonable and we would definitely use them again should the need come up.

I am now a true believer in these products. Not only did I purchase the slide out shelves for the kitchen but Dawn showed me that that they can put them in the bathroom. I NEVER knew that and what a great idea. I just love the slide outs and tier shelves now. Makes my work sooooo much easier and they are exceptionally quiet. I can't tell you how much easier things are to get into the back of the cabinet now. The install was quick and the team was very professional and explained and demonstrated the completed product. I waited until I was in my 60's to finally purchase these, but know now that I would of purchased them long time ago if I knew how fantastic they really are. We are extremely pleased with the slide outs added to our kitchen cabinets, provide by Shelf Theory. Dawn is awesome and she explained the whole process in detail. She was also able to measure and provide a quote to me on the spot, which was really appreciated. The slide outs are custom made in their shop so it does take a couple weeks or so to make. These slide outs will make your life so much easier if you have older cabinets and get tired of having to get on your hands and knees to retrieve something from the back of a lower cabinet. The installation was very easy too - Kyle was able to do 18 of them in about 3 hours. He kept the work area in the kitchen very clean and when the job was done, nary a piece of any trash was found! I recommend Shelf Theory 110%. Thank you!

my Initial call to Shelf Theory, Dawn their representative was so accommodating we met for the initial meeting to display the product and take measurements and provide an estimate right then
We set a date for install Dawn calls to confirm a day two prior, 7:40 the morning of the installer who I apologize for forgetting his name called to confirm our 8am appointment very nice young man, efficient attention to detail clean work made sure we knew how the cabinets slid and how to remove and reinstall.
The shelving is amazing they slide so nice are very sturdy and will be amazing not to get on your hands and knees to get an item from the back bottom of the shelf

Thank You Shelf Theory!! I am totally amazed how much more room I have in my cabinets. All my little half shelves in the back of the cabinet (a total waste of space) are now full complete sliding shelves, what a huge difference. I even had them remove my center bar and attach it to my door. It turned out awesome and now I can store my large items in my cabinet and so easy to access. My new shelves are awesome!!!!
