Best Vacation Service in Phoenix AZ

Horrible, we set up an appointment for entire house cleaning. We were wanting to have them come every other week to clean. We were told they would be there between 11am and 3pm. Side note my wife’s phone broke so she is not receiving phone calls. We were home all day mostly in the front yard doing yard work. 3pm comes and goes so we call to ask if anyone is coming. The lady first told us the cleaners tried calling us since we didn’t answer they went to the next house. When we asked why they didn’t show up she then said they did and nobody was home. A lie. We told her we were out front when they supposedly showed up twice. We have to motion activated cameras on the front of our house. Checked the cameras and nobody was there for either times they gave for being there. When we told the lady on the phone she went back to well you didn’t answer your phone so they moved on. Then she tried to reschedule us for another day. Worst service ever. Stay far away from this company. I assume since we didn’t answer the phone when the workers called they assumed they could have a few hours off.

They did an awesome job and were early and worked very hard and my house looked and smelt great once they left!

We use this service and have been happy. This month we had Antoinetta and she was amazing and so nice, did the best job we've had so far! They have nice people like her working there who really bust their butt cleaning and they've done a great job for us the past few months.

The service was exceptional, things looked great after the first initial cleaning, very pleased.

A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Was in need of some serious housekeeping services. Its hard these days to find a company you can trust let alone someone that you can rely on to do a quality job at a fair price. So I gave ProClean a call and April was amazing!! Was on-time, respectful, courteous, and profesional! She single handedly put my house in order and my anxiety at ease! I wanted to get a few sessions in before I wrote this. Have been using April with ProClean for about 10 sessions so far over the span of about 20 weeks and she is just as proficient as the day we met her! They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.

I would recommend Pool Man services because they have done a great job keeping my pool clean and balanced. I like the extra effort they make to call before coming. This allows me time to lock up my dogs. We are really looking forward to the new salt system that was just installed. The lease program is great!
